Interestingly Nevada(state) rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 4, indicates that you must serve both the individual as well as the Attorney General.
FRCP 4e seems to indicate that since it is a state law that Greee would have needed to follow that process even though it was filed in Federal court.

I can think of reasons why he should be denied this ~emergency~ petition though, mostly having to do with the fact that elections are consistent, regularly scheduled, and everyone knows the schedule. He had two years to file this after failing in 2024, he knew or should have known that filing in January of the same year he wants to get this on the ballot is fucking retarded.
