I think this is just a USB floppy drive to ISA floppy drive controller, but there are more sophisticated devices that read a floppy image file off a drive and emulate it as a floppy disk. It has a rudimentary operating system that loads the image into memory and then reads and writes to the ISA interface.

Don't know if it's been posted yet but Ro Khanna is whining that no-one told him there were good reasons for redacting names.

This is why I was always uncomfortable with attempts to unredact and release grand jury info. A grand jury could be investigating any person reading this post for any sort of horrible crime, and we might not ever know because they decline to indict. But releasing that info would turn into journoshits reporting that so-and-so user of KF was being investigated for child kidnapping and murder—basically destroying an entire life even if there was so little evidence that a grand jury couldn't even find probable cause. That's why this info is redacted and generally kept confidential.

I doubt Khanna will ever face consequences in court because of legislative immunity. If we could still challenge politicians to duels, things like this wouldn't happen nearly as often.
