That bunny guy is one of the most shameless astroturf campaigns since Kamala Harris.
NGL, I thought Bad Bunny was the name of the rabbit character I've seen with suggestive/risque captioned cartoon. I had no idea it was a Puerto Rican Spanish Rap Artist.
Why are Catholics kneeling to worldy things? The freaking Protestants have more of a back bone?
As older bishops retire, they're being replaced with younger, more pozzed bishops who advocate for liberal stances on many social issues such as immigration. As it is, some national council released a statement about the ongoing immigration/ICE happenings that tries to sit on the fence while making its liberal slant perfectly clear: It mentions treating people with dignity and condemning violence on both sides while also opposing "mass deportation." Sorry, but the only way to get rid of as many of the 30 million or so people in the country illegally is to get ride of as many as possible. Sure, it has to be done properly, but to flat out oppose the effort is an affront to the same dignity of the people who want to live in a society of law, order, and respect.
When the NFL started doing the bullshit pink ribbons, futbol Americano, and eventually the "end racism" end zone,
this should have been the signal that they hate you and your family.
Although I stopped watching most sports when they moved to pay services (cable or streaming), the whole knee-jerk response to embrace the BLM movement during the 2020 Summer of Love was a tipping point. Sports and politics shouldn't be commingled. Be politically active off the playing surface.
Trump calling out the fag athletes for not loving their country is worse than Nazi Germany!
Truth is pro or bigtime athletes have no loyalties any more. They seek out the teams willing to pay the highest dollar or make them the best offers that enrich them personally. There's a basketball player, T. J. Shorts, who somehow got North Macedonian naturalization in hopes he can lead their national team to European/International success. And countries are all too willing to grant immediate citizenship to athletes from other countries willing to shop themselves around for the chance to win a championship, trophy, or gold medal. Athletes have no room to talk about loyalty when they have none themselves.
Athletes crying about politics is even more embarrassing than actors.
This falls back on a point previously discussed on the 'Farms: Sports is an escape from reality for many and athletes who want to drag politics with them during competition tends to be huge turnoff to such fans. One might think leagues would have figured this off when viewership dropped in response to it, but they instead doubled down on it and feel it's more to be politically active than provide entertainment.
