I think null's intent was to avoid another situation like the Sam Hyde accusations, where it just exists in the background unaddressed for a decade because nobody bothered to air it out. By letting them make their accusations in a public and specific fashion, they can be easily verified or refuted, which is exactly what happened. The interview is fine, he let them speak and get their side out while asking questions and giving Turkey Tard an opportunity to state his side as well in the future if he wants. You can't go into every interview with full aggro or no one will ever bother reaching out to you in the future and things will go unarchived.
