If you getting accused of rape I think it would be prudent to collect everything and make a detailed response.
I don't think Sacramento ever accused him of rape, but he was too rough and goonerbrained and in general a massive creep. Tom's entire response was acting like she accused of him of rape, when he didn't.
Things that I did not see addressed (apologies if previously mentioned) which seem to confirm the stories:
- The closet full of Invader Zim t-shirts from the old girlfriend and the weird need to "recreate" her
- Tom saying "you look like a little girl" when Sacramento was naked
- Tom giving her ringworm from a furry
- Tom leaving the discarded nicotine packets everywhere
- Tom buying all the Monster High stuff
- Destiny wearing a buttplug when meeting Tom
Other things of note:
- claims that he's not vengeful but uses Sacramento's real name (and by proxy, the last initial) then gets his pals to do the rest of the work
- never mentioning Null by name, he talked to him once.
- he's acting like Sacramento claimed she was some innocent fangirl, if I recall there was no question she spent months with him, this isn't new information
- if Sacramento was a BPD whore who lied about everything, then why did she throw cold water on the idea that Tom was possibly bisexual?
- shows texts of her being a nymphomaniac and then claims without evidence that he was just going along with it, if that was really the case then there would be no time in the penis mines
- the women knew that Tom had a "blackmail folder" and if the texts are real they knew he'd try to use it against them
I don't think that Sacramento could be dumb enough to claim that Tom was this psychotic monster and not have Tom instantly come back with the text messages but also not smart enough to know that he probably would do that and Phase 2 of Operation Turkey Hunt would go underway.
