Nick Sortor is promoting the international incident involving ICE wanting to go into the Ecuadorian consulate without their permission.

Consulates do have weaker protections when it comes to law enforcement being able to gain access in comparison to if it was an embassy. I've tried checking though and while they'd be allowed to access non-consular portions of the building (I don't know why they'd have such a thing) and a waiting room at the front would definitely count.

There are the Vienna conventions which you'd assume would bar law enforcement (article 31). Congress implemented the treaty obligations with the Diplomatic Relations Act. Though this is with my amateurish searching so maybe that's off.

This is on top of the thousands of daily death threats that are just openly posted on social media. For anyone to say they arent trying to terrorize their political opponents or federal agents just gives away they are not being serious or honest.

Yeah there's been a lot of these protests where the people show up and are banging on things.

I've even seen the video where one breaks a window and should get in trouble for it. That still doesn't seem like evidence the protesters in general are trying to attack ICE agents rather than just be annoying.






The burning down of Waymo cars like the one you posted also seems more like them being against the tech. That shit happens way too often, but I also don't think that's how the average protesters are looking in the videos I see routinely.

It's usually people sitting around with their signs or like with the ICU nurse it's a guy standing on the sidewalk with a cell phone recording. That there are lunatics in the world does not mean it becomes illegal to film law enforcement or that people don't get to hold their signs or bang on pans.



It's weird to try painting everyone with a brush like that because of some lunatics or malcontents, it's how we ended up with some goofy asses that went along on Jan 6th like it was a walking tour of the Capitol being treated the same as some guys that were wanting to get into fist fights with police or pretend they were taking over congress.

See, I'm pretty sure most people in here would agree with this. The illegals need to go, and the ones which are criminals (not just the border jumping part; ADDITIONAL criminal behavior) should be catapulted out ASAP.
The problem most people are having is Trump's (well, technically, his administration) handling of ICE has been nuts and going too far and too hard; being a bludgeon rather than a scalpel, and not even hitting the target a lot of the time, when news comes out of them scooping up legal immigrants or even citizens because of race. The actions of the Alex Pretti incident are just more evidence of ICE really not doing their jobs to the standard they're supposed to be at.
If it was simply "ICE is being prevented from sending an MS13 murderer/Somali scammer/Rajesh the redeemer from the country", that'd be one thing; but their actions seem to tell a different story entirely.
And Dear Leader negrating on how he wants all the foreigners gone, violently, even if he destroys the nation itself just ends up making him and his sympathizers look even more retarded.
