The core element of concealed carry is to obfuscate that you are, in fact, armed. States that do allow open carry stipulate it must be readily seen, because trying to hide you are armed has implications beyond a general culture of not wanting arms out in the open. That being said, Wisconsin requires a CC in order to open carry at all, which is ass-backwards but the state is held hostage by people like Fatrick.
I get that having a hidden gun has implications when in public, so I just always unconsciously assumed that federal officers and non uniform policemen generally did this as it is less visually threatening and projects a different image and approach.
Why do they do this then? Just out of curiosity.
So my brief Google was incorrect?
One can’t just open carry in Wisconsin, you need a permit which also covers concealed carry?
As far as I understand, the general rule across states is that a firearm license means that one can own and keep guns in their house, and put it in the boot of a car or a locked case when transporting it.
Some states require that you have a permit for being able to keep it on your person concealed or otherwise but there are states in which the license is enough, but you have to have it open carry.
Hence the images of people visiting Walmart with a slung rifle.
Or is that a complete misunderstanding?
While none of this changes whether or not Patrick is fat as fuck, I was hoping to clarify whether or not he can mince around fatly with his Temu accessories and Glock or his nonce focused p80
