So they had 5+ officers restraining this guy and they just executed him point blank? I highly doubt he could have grabbed a gun in the position he was in with that many people on him, but we’ll need more video.

Again from the videos I've seen it doesn't look like he was in any way threatening. Arrest him? Sure. But then it's clearly shown that he's disarmed too, and the current cope is "he might have had a second gun!". But realistically, this looks to be more like an execution than anything else.
