Maybe I don't understand how hospitalizations and stuff work, but if some dumb retard gets hit by a car and fucked up bad enough that he's on a ventilator/sedated, won't they just ask him if he wants to press charges and open a case when he wakes up? Surely you don't get away with it if they die because no one can press charges. "No open cases" just means "No open cases until he's conscious enough to tell us to arrest you"

Florida's put in a lot of work to be the premier FAFO state in recent years. Hell, the author of the Florida bill personally introduced the national version of it to Congress recently. He calls it the "Thump-Thump Bill." Based as fuck.

Just because the police haven't charged him, doesn't mean they won't at some point in the future.

Just because the laws are seemingly stacked on his side, doesn't mean he might say something or cause enough outrage that the police and/or prosecutor might feel obliged to prosecute.

I can see 3 potential bad downsides for Branden.
1. Police could opt to prosecute at some point in the future.
2. The hood ornament could sue civilly. A settlement would be the most likely outcome. The more Branden makes himself look unsympathetic, the higher the costs of his lawyers, and the higher the settlement.
3. Branden might receive street justice if he pisses the wrong people off.
 
I was going to say I hoped that Clav would go to jail too just because he's a faggot. But I realize now that it's better he stays free so that it sets the standard that anyone can run over a nigger blocking their car.

Yeah that's because until a week or so ago he was an actual teenager, you can get away with a LOT when you're that young, but so soon as the stem cells age-out the wall-smashing shall commence don't you worry.
In terms of "doing" things... it's all 0.1% shit but it ads up, just look at his vids from a year ago vs right now, uncanny valley is a sudden trough that you don't really notice till it smacks you in the face and he's almost there IMO.

I'm curious as to what you think Clav should have learned from this? And the nigger that got ran over, you saying he didn't learn anything either? is that guy even awake and aware yet?
