Greee was definitely seeing red writing this, way more incomplete sentences than usual or even a section that is basically just the title.

Generally, normal people use the title to summarize a key point of the paragraphs that follow. I like, however, how Greee uses the title as a factual sentence, merely to express shock at the title itself without offering any further deliberation. Hilarious.

It seems to me that at this point Greer can't challenge the witness, as that would wait for the trial. So all Mr. Hardin needs to prove is she's at risk from his behavior, not what relevance she has.

And in any case I briefly reviewed the amended complaint and at least some of the claims under "Contributory Copyright Infringement" imply that KF allegedly contributing to the infringement of his works is bad because all they post are lies and not genuine criticism. Seems a witness saying "Yea, it's all trooooooo" would be beneficial to fair use.

Presumably reduced to a citation, which is often used for traffic violations but also other nuisances, like talking at the theater, that don't rise to the level of misdemeanor. Which, Greee, in his infinite wisdom calls a "Traffic Violation".

It's the Erika case. After he completed his probation it was lowered to a Class C misdemeanor. It didn't magically change to a traffic violation.

The point of mentioning the restraining orders is not to claim they were still ongoing, or that they were granted due to threats of violence, but rather simply that they existed, because normal people don't even have one restraining order taken out against them.

Further, Russ attempted to get restraining orders multiple times, yet none of them were actually granted. Unlike the ones against Russ.

Also Russ, conversation implies a back and forth exchange. This DM chain was almost entirely one-sided, which is not a conversation.
