A knife fight is where one of the stalker children that's also somehow a Nazi is in Patrick's vicinity and he and his tactical folding knife must deal with them. He then deletes any evidence or eyewitness memories of said knife fights existing. Patrick is a greater threat than we realize.

I’ve been watching recent reuploads of Sports Show with Norm MacDonald (an objectively more masculine consumption of sports than anything Fatrick has ever done), and I’ve come to an observation that, through the jokes and scripts you can clearly tell when Norm is being sincere. Part of why Fatrick does not appreciate Norm, aside from Fatrick’s two-digit IQ rendering him unable to parse sarcasm, is the fact he has adapted to the worst Gen-Xer trait to reflexively reject any earnest opinion in an immature bid for an emotional defense mechanism.

It's the type of lie a 7th grader tells at the lunch table after watching the latest star wars movie and daydreaming about the lightsaber fight scenes. It's not anything any sane person would willingly do. Win or lose, it would be horrifying and all parties involved would do the best they could to never get into a situation like that ever again. It takes a hot 90 seconds to lose consciousness after severing an artery, so even if you "win", you could likely end up losing your life as well. Vid related, an *actual* knife fight.
