The big takeaway from Seattle and NY is that the 'moderate' establishment friendly democrat candidate had barely fended off the DSA candidates over the last few election cycles but this year the socialists finally had the momentum to push through and actually make the establishment bend the knee. Now this doesn't actually mean much outside the vibes because the previous establishment politicos were already causing their cities to circle the drain and the socialists are just going to double down on the establishment's most retarded ideas.
