I watched the "Hire me as a songwriter, Taylor Swift" video (in which, when he really gets passionate about mashing those chords at the bass end, he makes the rookie mistake of not being able to keep his palm off the adjoining keys... technique!) and I love two things in particular: 1. How he thought a literal freaking cardboard sign (which is never in the shot long enough to be read in its entirety, which is okay, because you'd have to decipher what looks like the crayon musings of a toddler) would impress Swift; 2. How he presents himself online as totally intellectual (he does hold his associate's diploma up to the camera long enough for Tay-Tay to see that his middle name is "Godfrey") and yet pronounces "salivate" as "saliva-tate." This has nothing to do with his slack mouth. He genuinely says "sometimes I saliva-tate."
Also, obligatory comment about how vertical video in Current Year is practically a shooting offense in itself.
That jumped out at me as being a perfect example of how bizarre this dude's thinking is. He can't possibly be a creeper who annoys, threatens and harasses women. He brings them flowers! Just like a loving husband does! Doesn't really sink in for him that he isn't anyone's partner and they certainly are not his.

I think it would be filed at Salt Lake County Justice Court at 2001 S. State St S4200, Salt Lake City. That appears to be the nearest to where he lives according to other cases he's filed. You can't search online for a case without paying for access, but I believe you can do it for free in the courthouse using their computers. Clerks are much happier if you know the case number when you ask for copies. Fee appears to be $4 plus $0.50 per page.

I've been tracking this autist across multiple FB pages, twitters, blogs, IG for 2 years now.
My GF sees me on his page all the time and asks me wtf the deal is - why I'm constantly stalking a stranger on various social media and I'm just like... he's just some eccentric and delusional retard I'm fascinated by.
Russ is basically my favorite TV show and I'm extremely jealous of Viramontes and Nilsen's ability to actually interact with this clown in real life.

Still no news as to whether he's filed the Ariana suit or not (or indeed the Taylor Swift suit that's now two weeks over due) or what the court date is, but here he gives us a "sneak peek" at the contents of his lawsuit against Ariana.
Beyond that, he doesn't accept friend requests anymore - he's been thoroughly fucked with by fakes. He's somewhat of a celebrity on a number of subreddits.
That was gonna be my next question-does he accept random friend requests? I figured he might not, since his goal isn't internet fame, it's getting laid and preferably by a beautiful young celebrity. There are a couple of cows I'm interested in enough to watch up close and not have to rely on others for, and he's one. The others are fame whores so accept all requests, but I wasn't sure about Russ.

His lawsuit-that can't be language in the actual suit is it? It's all just his impressions of the way he interpreted her looks and thoughts. No proof and actually, the photo of her laying her arm on his shoulder while smiling into the camera kinda shows the opposite of what he's saying. She looks comfortable. I don't see any legalese in it so is this just his explanation of why he intends the suit, or is it the actual suit?
It's down right now. He frequently rage quits but always comes back shortly thereafter because he needs an audience.
It's actually a catch-22 for him. Leaving his FB public opens him up to trolls and worse, people who click the laughing emoticon for his statuses (something he's setting up a petition to get rid of).
But if he goes private, then he limits the audience of his antics to just his (rapidly dwindling) friends list and then all the people places and things he writes about won't see what he wrote.
Just be careful not to break the 4th wall. He has a notoriously quick trigger finger to delete and block dissent.
I've been FB friends with him for a long time now and wouldn't dare interact with him in any way other than just reading because I don't want to risk getting blocked.
The lawsuit sneak peak he shared is pretty much in line with all his previous legal filings. They all read that way. The extent of "legalese" you'll find will be random legal terms that he hilariously misapplies/misunderstands.
