I actually think that drex didn't know about any of the swinging/Kayla being a whore stuff. My reading of the dynamic between the two of them is that Drex kind of knows he is a POS and make Nick promise to stay on the straight and narrow to protect his family. Nick had to know if what they had was True Love or if she was just a slag who made a mistake. After the meeting of the minds, Kayla relented, and she married Nick later that week.

I suspect Nick knows that it was more than an emotional connection and that she hooked up with True Love Matt shortly before their wedding. However, he doesn't know that there is another guy named Secret Rendezvous Matt that she also hooked up with while they were engaged. I can't say for sure what "hooked up with" means, it could range from kissing to dork cum dumpster.

All of the signs were there from the beginning. Nick didn't learn that turning a hoe into a housewife is a dangerous gambit. Kayla, "Our Fiancée," decided that she needed to punch her meal ticket, and she did so without grace or dignity.

It was not meant as a direct call-out, so please do not take it as such. It was more of a general warning because we have very insightful people in this thread that tease out a lot of accurate details from reasoned speculations--it is what the site does, but it can scare away potential leakers.
