She's been lifetime fat. Per the pictures she posts, she's been obese since the first few months of her life. She was already looking like Dora the Pizza Explorer as a child. From what I can gather, there's two reasons why she's non-stop eating, even on death's door. 1) Hopelessly addicted to food with zero desire to change. In a post dated mid-September, she said she cried for 4-5 hours because she couldn't find a doughnut to eat. This is after being hospitalized for obesity for 9 months straight. 2) She makes feeder/gainer/slop/fat fetish content and, I would imagine, this is paying for her endless doordashes and pigslop food. No idea why the hospital doesn't do anything about this. She's in a bariatric unit and there's somehow no control over what she eats. Both her and her healthcare team are wasting everyone's time and money.

That’s what I mean…shes in a bariatric unit but no cares about monitoring her food intake. Either they need to do that or kick her out if she won’t listen because she’s wasting resources that could help someone who actually wants help.
How the fuck do you have a >500 lbs person in the hospital due to severe health issues directly caused by her eating but not address that??
Like…can you stay at a hospital bc of organ failure from drinking and keep binge drinking? Will they keep someone who almost died from heroin overdose and is severely sick from it but who continues to smoke heroin???

This isn’t unique to bariatrics. I work in healthcare (research). I was patient facing for some time, but haven’t been in a while. There’s a number of lung cancer and emphysema patients who will be allowed to smoke like chimneys, so long as they do it in a designated smoking area. Liver transplant patients will start guzzling gutrot whisky as soon as they can open their mouths while still in hospital.
The policies vary between hospitals and jurisdictions, but my experience in both American and Canadian healthcare is that there’s just about nothing they can *FORCE* you to do. Hospitals generally can’t and won’t (depending on the circumstances) forcibly discharge you, especially in cases like Xiomara where she’s medically fragile. MDs will “advise” on certain “lifestyle modifications” but they can’t really hold you to it. It may be grounds for discharge, but I can’t say for certain where that line begins. Essentially, you can tell a smoker not to smoke, an alcoholic not to drink, and a death fat not to keep cramming burgers, pizza, and doughnuts in their mouths, but it’s up to the patient to do that for themselves.
I have no doubt she’s been advised many times, but she’s too weak and/or retarded.

That's fucking retarded especially when you're just wasting a new organ like a liver because you destroyed the old one. That could have gone to somebody who actually needs it.
If these hospitals had any balls they'd say, "fuck you" and either refuse service to these people or literally prevent them from getting more of the drug they desire. What, you want a cigarette after destroying your lungs and you're on supplemental oxygen? Well how about we just shut that O2 off and see how well you feel? What's that? You can't breathe? Then put out the damn cigarette and deal with the withdrawal like an adult.
I'm sorry but I have zero sympathy for people who get a second chance at life and go back to the same habits that destroyed their organs the first time.

As a man, you are statistically much more likely to be raped yourself than falsely convicted.
There are also thousands more examples of rapists falsely accusing victims of making false accusations, extortion etc, that ruins lives. To the point where only 10-30% of victims even report their rapes.

Which is why she's screaming "rape!" and not "fatphobia!" She made a name for herself online bitching about fatphobia, but it doesn't work in real life.
But the fake rape accusations have been so successful they've literally put a roof over her head. She doesn't need a jury to believe her, she needs a rape crisis counselor to refer her to free shelters. She's a leech, a scammer and a bully.
The cops in the video tell her she can't file a 2nd report, but they don't say, "And everyone knows the report this morning was fake! No one believes it!" They wouldn't dare say that even if she said Zombie Elvis raped her in a hot air balloon. They'd have no problem saying her earlier story was obvious bullshit if she was lying about property theft, drug possession or something that isn't social dynamite like rape accusations. Cops laugh at lying street junkies all the time.
The cops in the video aren't worried at all because they're wearing bodycams and because it's 2025. If it was both the height of #MeToo and #BelieveAllWomen, plus before bodycams, they'd at least look nervous.

The number of reports did go down in the UK recently when it was made illegal to file false rape reports, weird innit?

Nothing endear you more to hospital staff than calling them rapists. The fact that it seems that 3 hospitals have banned her, along with shelters, shows that her shtick is no longer working in her area. She needs to move to another part of the country. She must have been able to get a lot of money from her media; what happen to the money? I think that people like Jae Bae, ALR and Chantal have no concept of saving for the future.

Kiwis, I need to take you on a journey in the new Tammy Lemon video. Tammy shows us how she foodpreps, and also 'snackpreps'. What does that mean, you ask? It means that she has a metric ton of sweets in her house but it's okay because she 'portions them out' or they are already individually packaged. And yes, portioning out meals and snacks can be useful when trying to lose weight. But not so much when you basically turn your kitchen into a candy store.
Snacks part one are mini Kitkats, Cote d'Or sweets, mini Mars bars and another jar of Cote d'Or behind the first one.
Snacks part 2 are crisps. One bag, but Tammy notes that she has more crisps, and these are just the ones she doesn't like so she will finish them first.
Snacks part 3 is the "healthier snackbox", including many pre-portioned cookies. She likes to eat these in the morning.
Snacks part 4, just a whole box of big candy bars, plus a Ritter bar that she will portion out later, and some pepernoten, a Dutch seasonal snack.
Then she portions out the Ritter bar and pepernoten.
At the end she managed to stuff all the KitKat Chunky's in another jar. Aesthetic, I guess.
She admits that she still gets a thrill from buying sweets, but she's eating all this at a much slower pace than before so that's progress.
Here the video skips to a few days later, and... Ben and Jerry's mini cups. "Really nice for a snack", quote Tammy. And she restocked her crisps with Doritos (and bags of popcorn).
I can't really dislike Tammy, she's not a jerk and I appreciate that she is willing to show her daily life without hiding anything, but man. She's gonna eat herself to death despite all that therapy.
