For 8 days it makes sense to do it at all at once, bit I also understand not doing it all.

I've had clients do it on installments because they'll lose their job and then lose their house, ruin their family, etc.
Can one do it in 8 hour installments during work hours and just use PTO? I feel like sitting in a cell working out and reading for 8 hours and then going home for the night seems like a fine vacation to actually going in to work.

Remember Nick's early mask-off moment where he excoriated Vic for being too nice?
Yeah, that was part and parcel of Nick's desire to get Vic on his show as much as possible. Nick would have kept all the money, naturally. Just like he later ended up doing during the trial streams with LawTube. It was a self-serving complaint, prompted by a self-serving and avaricious interest. It's never not self-serving with Nick.

I'm sure Vic being on a show where Nick rants about "fat Jamie," and "Ron in the cuck chair" would have really helped Vic's wholesome image. I'm sure the defense wouldn't have tried to leverage any of it against him too. 🙄

Stupid. And doubly so from a supposed lawyer. The only idea Nick had that was perhaps more deranged was when he claimed, years later, he should have run Rittenhouse's social media.

Relevant:

With respect to the two main topics in this thread, as of late, I will say this:

Whatever anybody wants to say about Vic, as far as litigants go, Vic was light-years smarter than Aaron is. He did the correct thing in staying mostly away from Nick (outside of meetups and photo ops at conventions), and (more importantly) shutting the fuck about his legal situation.

This is another reason why, six years on, I still have an enormous amount of sympathy and respect for Vic, whereas it's getting increasingly difficult to have any for Aaron. Vic pretty much did everything he was supposed to do. It was his legal team that let him down. Meanwhile, Aaron can't stop stepping on rakes.

I think this alone was a red flag. A conflict of interest, or as we call it, a "coi". Maybe it's because I've worked in the public sector before (academia and health care) where this shit really matters and people would get fired or even sued over pulling such obvious nepotism hires.
Iirc people didn't see the Ty/Nick connection as a conflict of interest because Nick pretended not to know Ty at first. Think he even went so far as to pull up and read the law firms website.
I can confirm he was initially very cagey about any direct connection between himself and Ty Beard. I myself only found out some time after the infamous "we will be in touch" tweet, as part of a conversation I had with him in Twitter DMs.

You should know by now that the court doesn’t give a shit what Nick Rekieta does, up to and including dosing his own child from his dealer quantity stash of illegal narcotics.

He could probably set fire to Aaron’s truck in his driveway, be caught in 4K and still walk away.
Aaron should still archive every infraction and submit complaints with all the things Nick did on a given day.
He should hire a PI and find out every thing he can about Nick and go about ruining his fucking live, for our entertainment.

Nick wants scorched earth, he should be fed napalm in return.

Thing is, if he'd been a regular employee somewhere, he would likely have gotten the weekends. And the comment from the prosecutor that his job was where he both committed the crime and then the means by which he violated the RO put the knife in him. Live by the sword; due by the sword.

(That said, I agree the whole thing is unusually punitive, a stark contrast to Nick's situation.)

Shocker: a lot of people sentenced to jail time don't have PTO like that, particularly not on short notice, and particularly not for a criminal offense punishment.

When this dipshit pulled the "balls or no balls" question on Rittenhouse, it more or less guaranteed he was a faggot that nobody should ever take seriously. How stupid did he have to be to do that?

It just isn't a conflict of interest. It's pretty normal in the law to refer people to your friends - even for there to be kick backs. You just have to declare them to the client. What it arguably could be is a negligent referral, but frankly from all appearances Ty should have been able to handle the case competently - he just didn't.

Nick is dripping wet at the idea of Aaron coming back all hulked up and covered in prison tats after his huge 8 day stay.

@Potentially Criminal, can you weigh in on how this would be handed from a prisoner management perspective? With it only being an 8 day leg, would he even make it out of R&R and be sent to an actual fudge packing facility?

Not shocked he didn't get it.

I really do wonder what crimes DO get approved for intermittent service. Because, if this didn't... I'm not sure what other nonviolent crime might.
Judges are known to be petty and arbitrary, so it really just boils down to whether they like you or what they had for lunch that day

Coccaine to his daughter
There is no way he didn't nag the poor girl about how she needs to be appreciative of the "high quality" cocaine that he just gave her and how he's going to have to drive her to the twin cities to get more now.

Does Nick not have a court order to not contact Aaron? (Or even discuss him publicy?)
How is commenting under clips of Aaron's content not blatantly violating the court order?

They got Aaron sent to jail for things SOMEONE ELSE said ffs.

I hope Aaron is filing every single fucking comment with the courts as a separate violation of the court order.
You could read Aaron’s RO as implying that Nick can’t directly mention him through social media.

Nick broke that within a day by doing a 4 hour live stream focused on Aaron by name.

At the end of the first court appearance, the Judge explicitly told Aaron and Nick not to mention each other. This was to prevent a need to introduce more evidence.

Nick, shortly after, affirmed that he would not make any comments until the case was over.

Nick broke that with this past livestream appearance.

It’s not just that he can’t do any of this, he has publicly acknowledged that this isn’t something he should be doing. He’s just pathological.

Then it is up to Aaron to report every single violation and push Nick into violating the conditions of his suspended sentence.
Aaron might be doing an 8 day stint, but Nick pleased guilty to a felony and if Aaron finally finds his vindictive bone he could send Nick to prison for a few years.

It might take a while to get him there, but it is clear that Aaron gets under Nick's skin by simply existing.
So fingers crossed that Aaron will pursue all legal options against Nick.

Aaron just needs to suck it up and fuck Rekieta somehow. Either in court or in the Balldobunker Aaron needs to dick Nick down before Nick goes Single White Female on his ass.

Nick pretty much will run wild on Aaron info when he’s locked up now until the 24th. Aaron won’t be able to report any violations while in the clink

A-A-Ron is under the delusion that he can get the Steel Toe Morning Show back on the radio and have it as big as 2000s Stern and OnA and is willing to sacrifice anything to make it happen.
The shock jock format is dead and has been dead since jocktober killed it, set it on fire, and then pissed on it. There is nothing left to salvage for anyone who thinks they can make a living as a shock jock on the radio; they are delusional. Anyone who thinks they can do it on the internet is retarded. It's over, let go of it, figure something else out. It was only allowed for a brief window of time because MTV was killing radio and the internet killed both.

Its completely irrelevant when Aaron reports it. If Nick thinks the court won't care about the violations because Aaron is in jail for a week, then he will have a rude awakening.

Nick has racked up so many violations, Aaron should be able to get a TRO for 2 years simply based on the violations Nick committed since the court order.

Yeah, Nick seems to think that he can do whatever he wants when Aaron is incarcerated, so I expect an 8 day psychic pressure blowoff where we get to hunt for clues about weather the other thing that has Nick feeling pressed is family stuff or professional responsibility stuff.

"I bear more grudges than lonely high court judges." Morrissey, both described by such judges as "devious, truculent and unreliable" and then using the very same phrase against NME.

Pretty Antisocial a couple of hours ago. Top paypig of the day.
