He doesn't care.Isn't Nick still under the TRO? Isn't he supposed to not talk about Aaron at all?
I mean, yeah. But he's been under that for awhile, and it's never stopped him, so why would he start now?Isn't Nick still under the TRO? Isn't he supposed to not talk about Aaron at all?
He's under Gag Order for content regarding the TRO, he's allowed to generally talk about him regarding non-TRO topics.Isn't Nick still under the TRO? Isn't he supposed to not talk about Aaron at all?
Minnesota Judge is the Florida Man of judges. Nuke Minnesota. What a shit state. Why does anyone willingly live there?Aaron Imholte continues to stack Ls , as Judge Heidi E. Schultz reviews and DENIES his request for weekend jail stints.
It's not unreasonable to order 8 days straight.Minnesota Judge is the Florida Man of judges. Nuke Minnesota. What a shit state. Why does anyone willingly live there?
About then was when I realized Nick wasn't just a degenerate drug addict piece of shit, but also an absolute moron. I think it was some time around then that someone who was probably his coke dealer was also right there on his social media. What a completely retarded fag.I scraped his IG follower list where Balldo's Gate eventually discovered Ricardo and Romaine in plain sight.
It's unreasonable to have prosecuted this at all in the first place. It's not unreasonable to order 8 days straight.
If A—A—Ron had a real job, like blue collar manufacturing or something that required 4-10s or 5-8s a week, do you think the request would have been accommodated? It's not unreasonable to order 8 days straight.
It matters -- doing it on weekends means he could still do his show. Losing his show for 8 days in a row costs him a lot of money. I'd rather do it just on weekends in exchange for being able to not lose a week of income. Then again... what is a week of income for his show to lose?I’ve never been a jail bird before but wouldn’t just getting it over and done with be better? Rather than having it hang over your head for weeks on end?
Not surprising at all. I can't find it on a quick search, but someone had posted info IIT about Stearns County generally not allowing the weekend option for jail time. I don't blame him or his lawyer for trying to go with a schedule that was more accommodating, but this was the most likely outcome for Aaron. It's not unreasonable to order 8 days straight.
Coupled with how everything has gone so far, are you surprised this was the outcome?
Remember that scene on Nick's show where he swore on a mountain of Bibles to Vic's mom that he'd never let him get done dirty? Then he did him dirty with utter incompetence and then ran away like a total coward?
Yeah. As bad as Nick.
Isn't Nick still under the TRO? Isn't he supposed to not talk about Aaron at all?
He is a mighty strip mall lawyer.@Svetlana also related the story in post from here on KF, back in 2019. This was in reaction to a canard being passed around by #Kickvic that Vic only went with Ty because other lawyers told him he didn't have a case (which is untrue).
I don't disagree with any part of this. It's unreasonable to have prosecuted this at all in the first place.
I'm just somewhat impatient when a literal nothingburger like this gets years in court while there are 764/com types who are literally raping children and spamming child porn for years straight, while being doxed, and absolutely nothing happens.
Never mind the absolute fiends who dose their own children with cocaine.
Well, yes. Maybe I should have been more precise.Well, firstly, nobody had to talk Vic into filing a lawsuit. That he was going to, in one form or another, was a given. He was set to do that early on, before he hired Ty (see below).
Never been in jail (other than the one where I had lunch because the jail was in the courthouse and catered so well even judges would find excuses to eat there). But yeah I'd personally prefer just getting it over with. It's kind of Aaron retardation because he doesn't want to miss streaming (even though streaming is pretty much why he is going to jail in the first place).I’ve never been a jail bird before but wouldn’t just getting it over and done with be better?
In retrospect, "LawTube" turned out to be even worse than "Law Twitter," with Rekieta-ism having been a metastasizing cancer on it.He got the opposite. He got taken advantage of by a group of maggots gnawing on the flesh of US jurisprudence that was early lawtube.
Nick at one point held that opinion. If the option was a few months in jail versus years of probation better to take the jail rather than live under restrictions for years. Two days in jail really changed his tune.I’ve never been a jail bird before but wouldn’t just getting it over and done with be better? Rather than having it hang over your head for weeks on end?
That's what I thought but it's all about one of the idiots winning in court over another one of the idiots. Aaron is in a position unique to internet grifters where jail time has far less consequence than a normal person would deal with. If he wasn't a moron he could figure out how to squeeze superchats out of it. Sadly, this has been about hurt feelings and eating cum for a long time now, any semblance of justice in this retarded situation has been out of the picture since Nick Rekieta got let off with a slap on the wrist.I’ve never been a jail bird before but wouldn’t just getting it over and done with be better? Rather than having it hang over your head for weeks on end?
Imagine hating your wife so much you try to replace her with a mentally ill girl half her age named "daggerpussy"
I'll give you one point. I am permanently ashamed of having ever expressed approval of this piece of shit
BTW - Nick is DEFINITELY going to swing by Aaron's house while he's in the slammer. He's too passive and feminine to do anything direct like vandalize it or break in, but he's definitely going to sit in his car on the street and
I am still waiting for the "Nick illegally accessed my private data" story to actually go somewhere.Sadly, this has been about hurt feelings and eating cum for a long time now, any semblance of justice in this retarded situation has been out of the picture since Nick Rekieta got let off with a slap on the wrist.
