I'm like 90% certain that people who have the Partner verified check on Twitch can simply apply to be featured on the front page of the website. There are blackout dates and stuff set aside for dumb niggercattle shit that Twitch themselves do (like e-sports and when they air football or whatever) but I genuinely do think you can apply for and schedule (way in advance, I'm sure) a timeslot to be promoted on their front page. It's not necessarily a tacit endorsement of this child molester's presence, it's more so that Twitch just doesn't give a shit or vet any of the people that pass the automated AI systems that check for partnership requirements and as long as your account is in good standing the system just waves you through.

I tuned in earlier just to report his stream as "sexual exploitation of children" on principle and the five seconds of his stream that I heard thanks to the autoplay was him literally saying "imagine joining a front page stream just to make fun of the streamer".

It's how trannies mark their territory.
