Yeah, the total fertility rate has declined. But the decline is recent, not from years ago, so you're probably not gonna see an effect for about 20 years or so.
Doing a quick and dirty check, apparently, the net fertility rate of India, the Philippines and Mexico was somewhere between 1.9-1.95, while the US, UK, Canada and Australia had 1.3-1.6. Replacement rate for a country is considered 2.2.
Thus, the curve for these countries is likely gonna be gradual rather than sudden and this generation might not have to deal with the issues; their kids/grankids likely will.
Besides, when you have a country like India, with 1.4 billion people, would you really notice a loss of 100000 or something?
