The situation is horrible but it gets worse. Even if you get a zoomer who can somehow write, they cannot make a solid argument. They can put forth an argument that's okay on its face but they absolutely freak out once it's deconstructed or you ask them to define certain things. We are getting scary close to real justifications for suspending habeas corpus. City governments actively coordinating with designated terrorist organizations harassing and attacking feds with their state government's tacit approval sounds like something I would give as a hypothetical for how extreme a situation has to get before it is constitutional to revoke habeas corpus to deal with a national emergency.
Im getting sick of not only seeing people harassing federal agents doing their jobs but also getting away with something, that if I did it, I would at minimum be jailed and beaten.
