Let's be real here, while he is a terrible gambler, he does seem to luck out and skirt real bad consequences for his bad behavior. I would believe getting charged with a felony while still on probation (does probation stack? is he still on the hook for his first theft probation from when he was 19 plus his most recent attack on Ratdad probation?) is really bad news, like multiple years locked away bad news.

I feel like he is going away for a while, and I think Ratdad has had just about enough of his shit to really do anything to help, especially with the Ratbro's kid on the way. I don't think he is going to get significant help this time.

Too many felonies in a year, too many times going through rehab and it having no effect. A year would be my guess and out in 6-9 months.
No support from his parents, his brother's wedding very soon that he's not even invited to, huge rashes he didn't have last time. It's going to be rough for Austin this time.

This makes me wonder if it was planned and it just took him forever to get processed. Ratmom and Ratdad get a heads up from the PO they're gonna be requesting a warrant. They don't want to be around when it gets executed because they're afraid and "go away for the weekend" either at a hotel or friends/family until he gets picked up.

In reality, its probably just the system catching up with him. They always like to give parole's plenty of slack to hang themselves when the drug tests start coming in dirty
 
Do not despair, it's only a drug charge so he will be out and back to gamba in a few months. We've learned that prior convictions and parole violations don't mean anything to judges anymore so they will slap his wrist again and call it a day. Trust the plan, save up those 5 packs for his inevitable return.
 
I'm on the hopium, chasing that bossman dragon, because the courts have shown time and time again they don't want to deal with his retardation. The plot armor is real, they're gonna slap him on the wrist, and MAYBE the ratparents will let him back.

His LOTY award depends on him getting out, and i'm gambling it all on black jack.
