I have faint memories of hearing of something called Killing Stalking that did well with fujoshits, but google tells me it didn't start publication until 2016.
If memory serves me correct, It did start making the rounds on tumblr around that time or early 2017, I have memories of everyone shitting their pants about how le problematic it was and how bad it was, plus the infamous backslash post about how bad you are a person you are for liking it.

same here, I've done some research on Toby but he is extremely resilient to the usual techniques, even the sharty wasn't able to grab any more than some shitty free lookup site dump. It's clear he is kind of terrified of the western community and wants as little face-to-face interaction with them as possible, but is a little more comfortable with the japs, strong possibility he might reside in japan now?
Very possible if we take into account he was able to personally visit Sakurai and his recent collaboration with various japanese games mainly in the soundtrack department, even going as far as to compose the song for Houshou Marine's incredibly thirst trap song "I'm your treasure box" under the alias "U.Z. INU", so if that where to be true Toby should be living in Japan since before 2019 according to this tweet

Pretty much all but confirms what I've said before about her relationship to the comic. Her reasoning for joining on the team is very vague and I'm sure there's a lot more corrupt to it than just "lol I was a huge fangirl."
