Can a State-level EO override a House Resolution?

Honestly, I’m not sure. There are a plethora of legal documents to peruse, but I don’t have the time to read all of that. I consulted Dr. Google, and it says that an EO cannot override a House Resolution. However, take that with a grain of salt. There are a lot of loopholes in Illinois’s constitution.

Every town can now become a crime laden broke shithole! Chicago says "YOURE WELCOME!"), which is super fun when your property taxes just keep going up, up, up to match bureaucratic bloat inertia, while infrastructure and services goes down, down, down...

People refusing to allow your religion's iconography to be on display isn't persecution because your religion isn't the only one in existence.
