I randomly remembered today the time Destiny bought 1000 styrofoam cups to mix protein powder with when he was swearing up and down he was going to lift and be fit. Looks like he didn't follow through.

hasan just broke character and struggled to stifle his laughter for a full minute after watching destiny's heckler from last night call him a faggot

hasan is a thread enjoyer 1000000% i've never seen such a strong confirmation

edit: ah the jeets clipped it to lsf to try and smear hasan. thank you jeets!

genuinely hilarious clip
help, my hatred of tiny is going to make me like hasan.

r/LSF has always been livestreamfaggots so they should just embrace the rebrand and own the haters.

The last thing Destiny needs is DSP though; we don’t need no jeet goals for felching with the faggot in this dire financial timeline.

I believe Tiny made the 'Banned from Twitch' tweet not because he was just memeing, but because he was getting some hint that he was on thin ice with YouTube and thus was throwing the Twitch thing out there in the hopes that it would take the heat off him, because if boomers and retards think that his primary income source is banned, they wouldn't bother reporting his YouTube channel. Unfortunately for Tiny, he then had to proceed to shitpost about how he was just memeing on them and that they are stupid for not knowing he has been permabanned from Twitch for three years now.

I don't find Tim to be trustworthy either.

The reason for Destiny to turn it off himself

1. He's retarded and on drugs
2. Get people to subscribe directly on DGG
3. Turn the monetization back on and lie that Youtube said there was nothing wrong about his comments so everyone should ignore how unhinged he is.
That’s a very plausible theory.

He might (i) attempt to migrate subscribers from YouTube to his own platform and (ii) reinforce his victim narrative, portraying himself as the last defender of liberal values.

Subscriptions on his own site likely generate a much higher gross margin than those through YouTube, which probably takes a sizable commission, somewhere between 25% and 50% is my guess (I’m too lazy to look it up right now). Even accounting for lost Super Chat revenue, my intuition is that subscriptions via his own site are significantly more profitable. Additionally, he may monetize user data, though I’m not sure if he actually does. If he experiments with this approach for a few weeks, then reactivates YouTube monetization, he could end up with many users holding dual subscriptions - customer inertia often prevents cancellations of redundant subs.

Also, his latest scheme involves portraying himself as a modern-day William Wallace for liberalism, leveraging a constant victim mentality. Since the CK incident, he’s managed to divert attention from his pedo allegations, halt the subscriber churn on his Twitter and YouTube, and even achieve notable regrowth.

It's always wise to question anything that comes out of this faggot's mouth - well, except if it's white and gooey, then we all know what it is.

Welcome back, @Code Cave!

Honestly, I lean more towards the demonetization just because Steven is the most gorilla braindead retard I have ever seen that it’s amazing he even got famous to begin with that there’s no way he’d be smart enough to fake it.
Friend of the thread, long time lurker, and my personal friend, Comrade Hasan, has spoken about the recent events.
Comrade Hasan orders - Copy.mp4
He's right you know. Destiny has gotten it too easy, the right still has only looked at the surface of his takes, when there is far worse stuff down below. Be it his pedophile takes, his actual actions on minors, or all his calls for violence against politicians, Trump, media personalities and more.

This could turn really ugly!
Wow something me and Hasan actually agree upon, never thought the day would come. But he’s a retard that doesn’t realize we already know about all of that stuff and are pointing it out.

I wonder if this is related to Hasan pretty much continuing to tread the straight and narrow on Charlie Kirk, and Tiny suddenly talking about how he expects to get banned from youtube. None of those CEOs want to come get raked over the coals in front of a House Committee, and youtube doesn't want to find itself added to the list

The suffah will continue on all fronts and new ones

Tim Pool, who knows a bit about how YouTube works, believes Destiny is playing another trick on everyone.
Maybe he can pause memberships, but can he pause ads? Someone tested that there were no ads on his videos:

Lauren Southern went whole hog for him.

Of course she was a nearly divorced single rice burning mother of one with venerable diseases she contracted from Andrew Tate when she was trying to milk him for his money.

Or given how Destiny shifts and clenches his jaw, maybe their one true mutual love is cocaine. I hear it is quite addicting. And Destiny certainly wouldn't judge Lauren for doing some blow with him.

Core Argument

Steven K. Bonnell II (“Destiny”) moves to dismiss the First Amended Complaint under Rule 12(b)(1) for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. His argument is that the federal claim (under the Intimate Image Protection Act / CARDII, 15 U.S.C. § 6851) is fatally defective because the only proven disclosure of the video occurred before the statute went into effect (October 1, 2022). Since the federal claim fails, the federal court has no jurisdiction, and the remaining state-law claims should also be dismissed.

Key Points

  1. Jurisdiction Hinges on Timing
    • The statute (CARDII) is not retroactive. Courts have already ruled it cannot apply to conduct before October 1, 2022.
    • Bonnell admits to one transmission of the video—to “Rose”—in April 2022, months before the law took effect.
    • Therefore, that act cannot support federal jurisdiction.
  2. Plaintiff’s New Allegation (Abbymc)
    • The amended complaint claims Bonnell sent the video again in 2023 to “Abbymc.”
    • Bonnell counters with preserved communication logs showing he never transmitted the plaintiff’s video to Abbymc.
    • The only Google Drive links he sent her were consensual videos with another woman (“Peach”), corroborated by Peach herself.
    • He suggests that if Abbymc ever saw the disputed video, it was from snooping through his computer during a September 2023 visit, not from any transmission by him.
  3. Problems with Abbymc’s Evidence
    • Abbymc submitted a declaration for Plaintiff, but:
      • It lacks direct proof (no screenshot of Bonnell sending the video).
      • It relies on hearsay (her own text messages, not corroborated).
    • Bonnell’s counsel tried for months to subpoena her. She dodged service, even admitting in a livestream that her lawyers advised her to “avoid it and keep submitting evidence”.
    • Plaintiff’s attorneys, who also represent Abbymc, have refused to accept service or provide her contact information, preventing cross-examination.
  4. “Continuous Disclosure” Theory
    • Plaintiff argued that if the video was sent by a Google Drive link, it counts as an “ongoing dissemination.”
    • Bonnell cites case law (e.g., Wray v. Greenburg) rejecting this theory: private links are not “ongoing” or “public” disclosures.
    • Even if it had been a link (it wasn’t), that wouldn’t create jurisdiction.
  5. State Law Claims
    • If the federal CARDII claim is dismissed, the court should not keep the state-law claims (Counts II–IV). Federal courts usually dismiss state claims once the federal hook disappears.

Conclusion

Bonnell asks the court to dismiss the entire case without prejudice because:
  • The federal claim is barred as a matter of law (the only confirmed transmission predates the statute).
  • The new allegation about a 2023 transmission to Abbymc is contradicted by evidence and undermined by her refusal to testify.
  • Without a valid federal claim, the court has no jurisdiction to hear the state claims.

Of note is Docket 132-3, "Exhibit C", where he uses his version of texts with Rose and compares them to the leaked version to establish precisely when he may have shared the Pxie video to Rose. For some unknown reason, he supplemented this exhibit with logs of him talking about his foot fetish and his hookups with random men on Grindr.

Yeah, there’s a weird element of him intentionally sexually humiliating himself more than necessary (and rose) in the DMs he for all we know doctored up. IDK if that’s to give fake authenticity to them or just him being a depraved gooner; little of both maybe. Perjury seems like the least of his worries these days.
