I don't know why there are people claiming that it's particularly low, or saying things like "the average teen boy can lift more".
Guys who get into lifting, and especially posting about it online in detail, very often have male body dysmorphia. Their egos are tied up in the numbers and concepts around what a "man" should be able to lift, because they are deeply insecure about their own appearance as a man.

the DNC is having a meeting in Gaynnesota, and you won't beleive how they've heckin' heard what real Americans want!

Maryland Man is having a gay rally today, the irony is astounding. An Obummer judge also just said he can't be sent to Uganda. Please note everyone in the pink vests below are the glowies who post here everyday:

Texas is the most kabuki group of Republicans in the country, I swear. You've got Governor Hotwheels making threats with specific dates for compliance that the dems just ignore and then they don't follow through with any consequences for it either. Why not suck them off and pay their rent while you guys are at it. Just unbelievable.
I'm not sure why anyone is surprised by how weak the Texas GOP is, they've been all hat no cowboy for ages.

Another factor is that muscle-bound hulks are more a gay male fantasy than a straight female one.

The basics of being a man.

You should be able to do at minimum...
1. Do a Bench of 135. This is super easy, even for an untrained person.
2. Do at least 30 sit-ups. I mean, come on, bro.
3. Squat 135. Once again, a baby man should be able to do this.
4. A single unassisted pull-up.
5. Slightly jogging a block without getting winded.
6. The ability to have sex in the missionary position without being exhausted from using your arms to hold yourself up.
7. Deadlift 185.

These are all easy goals that even the most weak men of all time can reach with ease with minor amount of training.
"But but but mental health!" - What is with these retarded women always thinking everything wrong in the world stems from 'mental health' issues? "Oh, that nigger didn't just try to rape me and steal my shit because he is evil. It's because he has mental health issues!" - It's like, the saying "Uh, don't get distracted by Americans saying that they want crime gone. But they want crime gone."

In fact, I think most mental health issues in America could be cured with a swift beating or taking a hand. Some nigger keeps trespassing at the Walmart? Not after you beat that niggers ass with a piece of rebar for a few minutes. The criminal justice system won't do shit, but using that rebar like a baseball bat straight into his nutsack and face will make him never do crime or come back to that area ever again.

It's all a matter of what standard you're trying to aspire to. For reference, a 135 pound 1-rep-max bench press is about expected for a completely untrained adult man of 198 pounds. If your goal is to show "I am not exceptionally weak", it's not a bad number (assuming you can actually complete it).

I don't know why there are people claiming that it's particularly low, or saying things like "the average teen boy can lift more". Maybe the small portion that have been actively training or are exceptionally fit can, but most people are completely untrained. Do we know how much either of the candidates weigh?

Also, while I'm on this subject, neither of those two guys in NYC were doing the lift properly. Eric Adams was only going halfway down (notice how the bar doesn't even get close to touching his chest), and both of them had spotters touching the bar the whole time (they wouldn't call them spotters if they didn't have to use their eyes...).

Now I'm a bit curious if Mamdani or whatever his name is could bench 88, the expected 1-rep-max for completely untrained 198-pound women.
A single pushup for a 180 lb man is moving ~130-140 lbs, if anyone's wondering. I don't think he weighs much less than 180, so we're at can't do a single push up levels of jeetness.

I don't think there's a political future for democracy when Democrats see an MS13 human smuggler and think, "we've got his back." I don't respect these people, their rights, or any system of governance that gives them any say whatsoever.
I like to think someday we'll look back in awe at the Dems who threw away their careers and fucked their lives up to simp for spic gangbangers. Or maybe there won't be a country anymore at that point, who knows. Our political choices are now either Jews or brown communists that hate everything America stands for, and these two categories overlap.

I'm a bit more glass half full. I don't think there's a political future for the Democratic party. Their views are so far gone even normie progressives are ditching the party, 'cause they're not gonna vote for a bunch of cranks supporting criminals and general antisocial behavior.

Democracy (probably) will turn out fine. Or at least it's better than Communism.

As a side note, I think its time for Trump to start using the CIA to run guns to the Brits.

TheLadOutWorking.mp4

Painting all the cross walks as the St. George was a stroke of genius.
Let me tell you all a little secret about the UK and Ireland, there are plenty of guns, it's legal to own guns. It's just that they're all owned by farmers and rural people
Keeping the guns out of the hands of city bugpeople and their exotic pets reduces gun crime to more or less zero
and I dont think the jeets, pakis and commies running those countries these days even know that and they might learn the hard way

Poseur detected. They're just drives, or disk drives, or floppy drives. You didn't have hard drives.
Lol I realized that just rereading the post. A consequence of living in the modern age. I haven't used the word disk drive in ages. Much less 5 1/4" disk drive. Lol I was so excited when I got my 1571 because I could change drive numbers by flipping a dip switch. I remember when I got the 1571 I wanted to make the 1541 Drive #9 so the 1571 could be Drive #8 (Main drive) and I had to open it up and actually break/scratch off a trace on the circuit board! The shit they made us do...

Fitness is, of course, great, but framing it as some "you're only a man if you can do XYZ with ABC pounds" is pure male insecurity speaking. It's just another surplus hobby for most people unless you work in the trades actually moving heavy shit all the time or you have to manhandle other humans for a living.
