Guys who get into lifting, and especially posting about it online in detail, very often have male body dysmorphia. Their egos are tied up in the numbers and concepts around what a "man" should be able to lift, because they are deeply insecure about their own appearance as a man.
The basics of being a man.
You should be able to do at minimum...
1. Do a Bench of 135. This is super easy, even for an untrained person.
2. Do at least 30 sit-ups. I mean, come on, bro.
3. Squat 135. Once again, a baby man should be able to do this.
4. A single unassisted pull-up.
5. Slightly jogging a block without getting winded.
6. The ability to have sex in the missionary position without being exhausted from using your arms to hold yourself up.
7. Deadlift 185.
These are all easy goals that even the most weak men of all time can reach with ease with minor amount of training.
"But but but mental health!" - What is with these retarded women always thinking everything wrong in the world stems from 'mental health' issues? "Oh, that nigger didn't just try to rape me and steal my shit because he is evil. It's because he has mental health issues!" - It's like, the saying "Uh, don't get distracted by Americans saying that they want crime gone. But they want crime gone."
In fact, I think most mental health issues in America could be cured with a swift beating or taking a hand. Some nigger keeps trespassing at the Walmart? Not after you beat that niggers ass with a piece of rebar for a few minutes. The criminal justice system won't do shit, but using that rebar like a baseball bat straight into his nutsack and face will make him never do crime or come back to that area ever again.
