As I said in the legal thread, considering how hard he stamped his foot about not wanting to mail a check because mail can get lost and Hardin can claim he never received it and he'd lose his money and he demanded an electronic payment option, it sure would be rich if he suddenly claimed there's a check in the mail, not to mention his claims of having an online-only (or whatever) bank with no actual checks anyway, etc.

Not that it would make any difference; Greee is convinced that the 10th Circuit will swoop in with a reverse Uno card, so in his mind he may as well have $20k worth of sanctions against him at this point as he'll never have to give Null a penny.

I just think its 50/50 whether he actually has the money? He still hasn't produced the discovery docs related to his Utah TRO application. He demanded null give him the $80 to obtain what the court ordered him to produce repeatedly.
