Nick will Uno Reverso this and claim he doesn't want to be a lawyer. He wants to just keep saying his license is suspended just due to the pro forma CLE process and he doesn't complete it because he's too busy driving his kids to activities and taking Kayla to her boyfriends house.

But really, he doesn't do the CLE because he knows that as soon as the CLE delinquency is rectified, they'll file discipline action against him. He likes saying he's not a lawyer because he didn't complete the free, online CLE. He does not want to have to say he isn't a lawyer because he's an unethical piece of shit.
