Just a reminder that for as much as Trump sucks off Israel, it's better than Kamala importing more pajeets and shitskins into our country. Anybody saying otherwise is a retard.

It is interesting to stop and think how they would be doing if they did not spend years immigrating to various countries. I mean I guess Venezuela is a pretty huge shitbox so probably not much better off.
They'd be much better off. The reason they have debt is because they pay the cartels more than they'll make in a lifetime in their home country to escort them across the border assuming that they'll be able to pay it off at even below-minimum-wage US slave labor wages. Now they're stuck at home, five digits USD in debt, to someone who isn't afraid to strip five digits from their hands if they don't get their money, they just have to hope that the cartels don't find them or any member of their family

I mean, looks like wheelchair man did point a gun at him. And had a knife? And closed the distance?
How the fuck are you gonna shoot a dude in the chest and not kill him, good lord.
He went to the Randy Stair shooting school
They gave us a good old fashioned retard fight to gawk at. Two retards enter, two retards leave, not knowing how retarded they both just were.

There are only two ways it can go with housing. Either prices collapse by at least 50% or the dollar has to be inflated such that $500k is peanuts. Yeah you can still sell your $250k house for the $1 mill you always dreamed of but now a loaf of bread is $100 and that million won't last very long.

My way (prices fall by 50%) wipes out speculators while the other wipes out everybody. It's going to be one or the other.
Frankly this sounds insane. Your way wipes out everybody, because guess where everybody's 401ks are invested? Guess where a huge chunk of index funds are invested? That wipes out retirees and companies, which wipes out jobs in one of the last high-paying industries left for the average man. It also wipes out the disposable income people have been using to float other unhealthy industries. We are a service economy and if there is no money to pay for services we all fall apart. It's the reason the fed is choosing inflation over deflation.

You are grossly over-estimating the number of people under 40 who have anything significant in 401k's or index funds. Either the asset speculators go down (housing prices collapse 40-50%) or everyone does (a loaf of bread is $100). This isn't a wild theory it's math.

That is what the push for AI is for.
We all know AI is not smart enough to do the job fully and is just a tool (similar to a web search).
But to them, it is their chance to replace that 20% with AI and just hire Indians only.
Once you come to this realization, you'll understand why the most Indian friendly companies are also the ones that push AI the hardest.
(And this is coming from someone that likes AI).
Runaway and decaying machinery supervised and maintained by pajeets. What isn't automated will be done by mexicans. Everybody putting their full faith in the system working because they think what's marketed as artificial intelligence is like AI in the movies.
We're in for a brutal neo-Dark Ages if the tech bro fags win and end up controlling everything and I highly doubt their gay slap fights with each other to carve up America into fiefdoms will survive foreign countries seeing America's gaping asshole exposed.

I wonder what it's going to take for Microjeet to lose all their contracts and subsidies since all these companies moving over to an industry slave model are all suckling on government teet to stay alive and are so large that they might get bailed out for "being too big to fail." You would think that the jeets outsourcing to the chinks to maintain the military's IT infrastructure (They have full access to SIPR/NIPR) would force the government to clean house, but I guess not. Would possible troop movements being known ahead of time by the Chinks make them realize that they fucked up?

The paramount priority is to insulate flag officers and the corpos they contract from their fuckups, not to win a war or to do the very best to make sure as many soldiers make it home alive as possible.

he's struggling to read the script full of leftist talking points about immigration and Medicare.
the thing that gets me irl pissed more than ANYTHING is how many libs cannot string three words together even with a script in their hands, especially on congressional hearings because those are professional politicians instead of street-level nobodies

Actual people who own homes aren't speculators. And speculators like the Blackrock boogieman are hedged as well as agile, unlike real people, who tend to have a disproportionate asset concentration in their homes - and loans based on purchase price. Your way puts them all underwater on the home and at massive equity loss, and that's a catastrophic event across the board.

I would worry more about a neo-dark age if the Tech Bros kept their competent White and Yellow engineers. Jeets are so bad that they will blow up the plans here. They already are blowing up the H1B just by being themselves.

I understand the sentiment but after the past couple decades I prefer a person who stumbles over their words because they aren't used to speaking to millions of people live over someone specially-trained to lie to the world in a convincing manner. We desperately need to bring back genuine people and toss the smooth-talking hucksters into the dustbin of history. Wishful thinking I know.

they're still full of shit, they're just mushmouthed, illiterate, and stuttering liars instead of mildly palatable liars

Very few people are paying these stupid prices with the intention of living there forever. The majority are taking out loans they never intend on fully paying back because they'll just flip it in three years for a 25% windfall and upgrade to an even bigger loan. This has been going on for so long that the whole idea of risk or possibly losing money on a deal is a foreign concept. It's going to be a painful education for those people but it must happen.

A house is not an investment product. A house is a place to live.

EDIT: I missed an important point in your first sentence: the myth of "home-ownership." I'm not talking about people who own their homes, I'm talking about people with mortgage payments. They aren't "home-owners." Stop paying that rent to the bank and see how long they allow you to maintain the illusion that you're a home-owner.
