Proofing and baking is fairly quantity agnostic, as long as it'll all fit on your counter and in your oven. Mixing a bigger batch of dough takes a bit longer, but not linearly.

Having lived in Canada for most of my life before moving south of the 49th, I've seen numerous, NUMEROUS leftie activists go absolutely cherry apple apeshit over how every single Gurpreet and Chadpreet is considered to be as Canadian as someone whose family had been there before Confederation, but god help you if you as a white person call yourself Canadian. I will believe that she got a brand name KitchenAid stand mixer when we see a picture of the KitchenAid stand mixer. Why wouldn't she include a picture of the appliance, especially since KitchenAids are so cute with their colors and all?

I'm thinking they got an off-brand one and are calling it a "kitchen aid" (the brand name is KitchenAid with camel case) in the way that any cotton swab is called a Q-Tip. Or she got a KitchenAid brand food processor or something and not the photogenic stand mixer.
