Metal Gear Solid 3 on the PS2 also had a boss fight that could take an hour as you inch as slowly as you can through grass. It also LITERALLY invented the "cinematic experience" with shit like Shadow of the Colossus. Wind Waker was also so boring that the remaster had to cut out half of it just to make it tolerable. I used to flip inputs on my TV while holding the joystick down because it took literally 20 minutes to cross the empty ocean. U niggas got weird nostalgiablinders on

I dunno why Navi from Ocarina of Time got so infamous. She has got literally like four mandatory text boxes in the Deku Tree dungeon at the start of the game, and then you can mostly completely ignore her for the rest of the game since you can ignore her calls.

As far as sidekicks, she's completely fucking harmless.
If you want to talk about annoying sidekicks that actually ruin a game, talk about that annoying robot lady from Skyward Sword. She literally talks nonstop for the entire game, her textboxes are slow as fuck and cannot be skipped, and by the way she does not even talk about interesting stuff, all she does is repeat to the player what he just saw on the screen.

Additionally OoT released in an era long before excessive hand-holding became the norm, making an annoying helper like Navi stick out more at the time, and in the Skyward Sword example, far more people played OoT and so a lot more people were subjected to Navi than to Fi. Also OoT released 13 years before Skyward Sword and so that's 13 years for Navi to get meme'd as the archtypical "overly annoying video game helper" before Fi came along.

So 5 minutes in Karl Jobst said he fired his original lawyer after he lost and went to a real lawyer and paid him $14k to check the viability of an appeal and the real lawyer came back and told him ya nah your shit's fucked cunt and that him filing Jobst's appeal would be legal malpractice now fuck off.

He owed Billy AU$624,887 (US$407,614), Billy agreed to reduce it to an even AU$600,000 ($391,380), leaving the total judgement value to be $990k ($645k)

I am at about 42 minute mark and Karl is conducting some sort of a bizarre character assassination where he questions Billy's marriage and financial history from the 90s and 2000s. It seems to me like he can easily state something untrue here that will end up with him getting sued, yet he has no problem with these statements.
I'm also having doubts about his protection scheme where he can't be sued anymore because he is bankrupt and because the channel belongs to a company but wouldn't it be possible for Billy to sue the company separately as they're ones who own a channel hosting these defamatory statements?
