alright so first time I've posted, instead of lurking like a Armed Lunatic on a isolated Hiking Trail; holy SHIT, you cannot attribute this to incompetence anymore (although arguably it has been malice since they sue'd Ruben Sim), its entirely malice now and even the most undecided on this issue can see that.
They really went for the Jugular with Schlep, IIRC the Cease and Desist included a demand to stop making videos on/about Roblox entirely, so he can't even do what Ruben Sim is doing.
Then the whole "vigilante ban" and the claims about how it's "InTERfeERIng wITH LaW EnFOrceMENt" when in at least one instance, a actual Law Enforcement Agency cooperated with Schlep is just peak lying.

That already is a thing. Problem is: when the parents don't bother to use them most of the time, there's no safeguards of any kind and makes those tools worthless. Some of those parents are probably not even aware that parental controls are a thing you can use to limit access to the internet for their children, not even a mention of such thing!

And if those parents are still acting lazy despite being told that such tools exist, there goes the safety net. It then becomes the whole "leading the horse to water, can't make it drink" dilemma at that point. There's only so much that you can try before the efforts become futile, as the parents will need to have the will to change the situation. Can't really fix bad parenting if they're not going to take accountability for their actions.
