I wonder why Viv won't go all the way with Heaven and have God and Jesus as characters? If God doesn't exist in Viv's world where did the angels come from?

It would raise too many questions. "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6 (among many others). She's willing to be safe edgy but not actually to insult Christianity directly (despite having non-Jesus Biblical characters).

I suspect it might be family-related and there are lines she could cross (beyond having a show about gay demons in Hell) that would piss them off.

You can't really understand any sect of Christianity without participating in a group worship setting. I don't think even just reading the Bible itself is enough to grasp any denomination's culture.

Vivzie's shows depict hell being filled with homosexuals and others of that kind, and the one character who went from being a sinner to ascending into heaven did so because of his love for a woman over his past hedonism. I don't think Vivzie is writing the story that she thinks she is.

They need to learn to calm down. Executive producer doesn't generally mean any kind of contact with the content. It means (if being used correctly) that she's handling the money and distro end of it. If she can actually afford to EP anything, presumably from the proceeds of HH/HB, she may actually be pretty good at that end of the business.

I tried to summarize it but it’s too much of a fucking mess for me to explain. Maybe someone more well-versed in Homestuck autism could do it.

However one trait of Homestuck is that it has a lot of homosexual shit. (People call it Homosuck for a reason.) I’m saying because it’s pretty obviously the reason Vivzie wants to work with it.

If you were hoping for anything remotely decent from this (I doubt anyone was, but still) then I’m sorry but you are mostly likely mistaken. They don’t need Vivzie in order to fuck up the show. But it’s definitely going to be a trainwreck that makes a lot of milk for this site. So I guess it’s not that bad.

Toby fox got his start doing homestuck music so him being involved shouldn't surprise anyone. It's being written by the original author, Andrew Hussies, so it's less vivziepop cancer and just regular Ole homestuck cancer, guess the topical vivziepop cringe gets better clicks from the zoomers then the classical cringe that helped mold the degeneracy that was tumblr and eventually led to the faggotry of the internet that's since leaked into this gay ass earth.
I only really know homestuck from osmosis but wasn't it a very interactive flash thing kinda like a comic version of homestar runner? Kinda seems like turning into a show would just take away what made it special not to mention the fact it's fucking ridiculously long.
Only way this ends up good is if it's just a 1 frame a second adaptation of sweet bro and Hella jeff
