Chibi is impulsive enough to pin all his hopes on what he assumes will be the solution to all of his problems. There are multiple issues with this, mainly being that he never has a Plan B, and also the fact that he thinks if he half-asses his way to his goal, everything will automatically be fixed without him having to do anything else. He never accounts for failure, never accounts for anything extra he might have to do once he reaches his goal, and never puts in the full effort he is more than capable of because he's conceited, lazy, and a coward.

Personally I think his absurd sense of entitlement probably comes from never truly being held accountable for anything. He seems to always have someone to bail him out or help cushion the blow, and then because he isn't the one who has to pick up all the pieces, he can just move on like it never happened and do it all over again.

To clarify and provide an example for those not in the IT field, a CompTIA A+ certification is basically "I know where the power button is, know how to install applications and devices, know the basics of basic computer hardware, and can do basic troubleshooting". It's one of the easiest Certs to get for an IT professional, and usually the first most people get during college/post-grad. It also costs around $500 USD to get one these days, separated between 2 tests that cost $250 each. One try, no do-overs. You fail, you pay $250 again to take the test you failed again. If you pass, you get 3 years of certification before you have to renew, which is thankfully only $150 USD, and you can retake that test as many times as you need to. If the Cheebsters is wanting an IT job after he fails as a teacher, he needs to have this cert, at bare minimum.

As @Falcon Sebben wisely implied, if he tries to get a job without this cert, he's not even gonna get called for an interview, his language skills notwithstanding.

Oh I've said it before but the A+ exam is beyond simple if you know what you're doing. And if you can build a PC from scratch using a box of spare parts, install the OS and configure the damn thing you're A+ certified as far as I care.

Provided Chibi actually makes it to Japan, I feel immense pain for the very unfortunate Japanese looking to learn English that end up having the misfortune of not only finding themselves getting English lessons from Chibi, but having to pay for it no less.
For reference, lessons start around 3000 yen an hour and can quickly rise in price from 5000 upwards to 10,000 for one-on-one sessions. As a Japanese wagie looking to pad your resume, you might end up sacrificing a whole days wages to be trapped in a session with Chibi.

I mean if some guy showed up with no work experience, no schooling and no ability to talk "tech" and explain why he felt whether hardware or software RAID was the better solution then he's just wasting everybody's time. But at the same time if somebody shows up who is self-taught and has an almost autistic understanding of hardware and software and is able to literally work wonders then he's somebody to consider.

There was no point. He just squandered a lot of money. This nigga had no idea how much effort it took to develop something of value, and still doesn’t. Participation trophy. He has never once attempted to go out and try to create something on his own, not even in RPGMaker. His Discord server did most of the work for him.

Whatever job he has, he’s probably going to rely on his Discord server to help him with it too. As far as I know, his understanding of Nip is at a lower elementary level. Mine isn’t much better, I know how to order food and greet people, that’s about it. The difference is that I’m not moving across the country to LARP as a True & Honest weeb. Nothing he does has a point, or is thought about any further than like 15 minutes in the future.

Learning Japanese, as an English speaker, is one of the more challenging languages out there. Chibi is, at best, N5 or the lowest level of understanding and he's been doing this for how many years now? I get it, other things get in the way, but if learning Nihongo is so important then you'd put in more effort.

its not about what you can afford, its about whether or not its worth that money. there are hundreds of 20 year old games that are generally much more fun than new aaashit and they cost $5. theres really no justification for charging $80 for lazy rehashes of older games for an underpowered and overpriced console that brings nothing new to the market. going to see a movie for $10 will leave you with a more memorable lasting impression and more free time than spending 15 hours playing this $80 pile of shit
