Chibi is impulsive enough to pin all his hopes on what he assumes will be the solution to all of his problems. There are multiple issues with this, mainly being that he never has a Plan B, and also the fact that he thinks if he half-asses his way to his goal, everything will automatically be fixed without him having to do anything else. He never accounts for failure, never accounts for anything extra he might have to do once he reaches his goal, and never puts in the full effort he is more than capable of because he's conceited, lazy, and a coward. What is even the point of his Full Sail degree if he's not even going to try and pursue a job using it?
Personally I think his absurd sense of entitlement probably comes from never truly being held accountable for anything. He seems to always have someone to bail him out or help cushion the blow, and then because he isn't the one who has to pick up all the pieces, he can just move on like it never happened and do it all over again.
