My second guess, and I'm leaning more towards this one, is that Mald is a hack and he only put this "requirement" there so his game jams look more "serious" and "legitimate". More "professional". As in "I-worked-for-7-years-in-Blizzard-professional".

Her live streams are 5 hours long (not preservetubing or archiving them, I don't think it's worth it for the storage space) and she appears, in past streams, to be taking a vaguely more neutral stance, at least for the SKG arc. At one point calling Jason an insufferable nerd.
But her two recent streams are more pro-Jason, with her admitting to being in Jason's Discord 'for research purposes'.
She seemed to take particular exception to Quintheo's videos interviewing the ex-manager and Quin's bleating explanation of the 'Discord Dox arc':

Now, I'll be honest, I browsed through bits of her streams, I couldn't even fully watch it 'for research purposes' because she's that much of an insufferable cunt.
Is she a Jason Stan? More than likely yes, in my opinion. Either from the start or she's been converted through exposure to the Maldo. However, she seems to absolutely hate Quintheo more. It might be that, her pure venomous hatred of Quin has pushed her over the edge into defending Jason.

Cant reply or quote your post for some reason, Hit Squad but she seems like controlled opposition to me. Jason's behavior is blatantly abhorrent to anyone without any vested interested in his platform. Dancing around such problems whilst calling out the person(s) who refuses to not shine a light on it is something I've seen before in other issues of this nature.
The point is to potential discredit Quintheo as obsessive, effectively tarnishing his credibility and legitimacy in the commentary circles. If this is at Jason's behest, it's certainly ironic behavior for someone who his shitting on everyone else for "poisoning the well".
