All of the rest of the video aside the thing that made me the most mad was bitching to his artist that he needed it to be a certain shape and size specifically because he was hand-shaping the dialogue, in each language, to fit around the sprites. That made me so irrationally angry. It's like he's fucking around on purpose and trolling but he's not. If that's how he works on every aspect of his game it's absolutely never being finished, ever. The micro-est of things to worry about - a signpost that is going to be on screen for a fraction of a second, the dialogue skipped, the player moving on without even thinking about the hours of toil it took to shape the dialogue in the box so that it fits around the talksprite. For a sign. In every language.
