Me: "I wish to observe proceedings as a member of the public, if allowed"

Beth, Court Clerk: "The only thing that happens today is him and his attorney, or maybe just his attorney meet with the prosecutor to negotiate and see if they can resolve it. If they cannot resolve it, it is set for a future hearing before a Judge".

I have reiterated my request, stating Nick is a public figure and all proceedings is of interest.
