Ah I guess I worded it a bit poorly, none of the talents in the company so far are trannies (at least to my knowledge) but a few of the talents did a stream talking about the hiring process for the company/what values someone should have to join, and one of the points was that they don't mind if you're a tranny as long as you identify as a female and sound like one. That's what triggered Anal so much, because he's at least self-aware enough to know that he sounds like a dude.
