Maybe someone can clear this up for me because I feel like there are mixed signals.

Mama K said on the Casino that she didn't think the community really knew about Rekieta and his problems. They were largely oblivious.

But several posts here have referenced local women in particular that have issues with Nick, up to and including wanting restraining orders. The one post described a woman as "being afraid of Nick's resources" and backing off.

So is Nick and the Rekieta family's nature a known quantity or are they unknown?

Mama K doesn't live there though, right? If Gabe Hoffman wanted to really be a balldo streamer he should have used his resources to fly out there and ask around. Maybe ambush the Sheriff with some questions.

Archive of Rekieta Law's Watch Party June 28, 2025 (unedited snipe version)
Please note the following: Nick's mic will at times clip and cancel out the audio of both his and the audio of Aaron, The following clips are from that stream. I'm not a member of Nick's channel this is the best I could do.

Part One
Part Two
Part Three

Aaron has not partaken of any goo. Also, he recount Mama K's story of how she saw in Nick the same characteristics as her drug addicted parents. Not one, single, solitary word from Nick.

Aaron reads a chat, "It'll be funny when Nick and April can talk about what really happened." Nick chuckles and says, "It'll be funny. Won't it?" There's talk regarding Nick;s home foreclosure. Nick who's "deep in the throes of depression" missed one mortgage payment on auto pay. He explains when that happens, it'll cancel all subsequent payments. He was $20,000 behind. He didn't have the money, so they sold the second home in order to pay it off. I feel as though he's leaving quite a bit out.

Nick doesn't feel guilty for getting April addicted to cocaine. He goes on to say all the coke was his and no one else.

Aaaron coos, "Let me go. Just let me go. A broken heart heals over time, sweetie." Nick mocks Aaron for being a part of Al Anon, calls Aaron a hypocrite.

Aaron makes a reference that Nick has access to his Google account. Nick laughs, "That was kinda funny." Aaron states Nick's been using cocaine for at least two years.

Aaron mentions Nick leaving a bullet of coke next to Aaron's child. Nick snaps, "I don;t leave drugs next to kids."

Nick, "I only wear a wig on my pelvis." Nick continues, "I'm not embarrassed about doing cocaine." Aaron thinks maybe in the past he would have filed a civil suit against Nick, but now he just feels pity."

Nick's on someone else's stream talking about Aaron. Nick copes saying he and Aaron are in different classes when it comes to being a success in business.

Aaron says he and audience do not obsess over penises.

This clip is in regards to the RP resolution. Next Aaron clarifies Nick was driving when the police found the drugs in Nick's home. Nick pretends to have now clue what Aaron is talking about. Nick's not sure how the cocaine was in his daughter's hair. It certainly wasn't him, Kayla or April who put it there.

This clip of Aaron is from March 13, 2025. Nick claims he'd been off of drugs for quite awhile despite Aaron's claim otherwise.

Aaron talks about that time he met Nick at Chrissie Mayer's show. Also, Aaron met Riley. Aaron states Nick;s family is "on the take." He thinks they paid off Fox 9 to write a sweetheart piece when Nick's child tested positive for coke.

Twitter spat between Nick and Aaron. Nick thought Aaron said he paid off Fox 9 to do a hit piece on Aaron's RP violation, but how can that be when Nick is broke. Next clip, Nick plays dumb when Aaron crack's a joke about Nick being a jealous ex.

Aaron talks about Melton calling Nick a hack. Nick cracks a vulgar joke.

Aaron say Dick Masterson jokes to Nick about being a STMS fan, but Nick fails to pick up on it.

Aaron doesn't blame Nick for his bad decisions. Nick keeps fucking up the stream, but he blames it on Stream Yards. More form Aaron regarding Nick having access to his Google drive. Nick made references to private conversations between Aaron and his attorney. Elissa Clips share DM's with Aaron proving this. Aaron wen to the police in November of 2024. He also indites Melton as well. By the way, Nick never denies spying on Aaron's Google account.

Aaron asserts Nick was sneaking bullets of cocaine into his house and giving it to April. Aaron is now referencing April 11th. Next Aaron answers a question from chat, "Whose worse, Moody or Nick?" He answers, "That's a tough one because Moody has advocated for AI CP and Nick had a drugged kid." Nick say Moody does not advocate for AI CP and he did not have a daughter who tested positive for coke. More cope about drug tests. Nick jokes about "being notorious for liking hookers with rotten teeth.

Aaron asks, "Isn't Nick shitting all over his friends?" Nick says, "Only cause they pay for me for it." Aaron says, "People are buying views to fuck with Nick." Aaron was watching Elissa Clips and noticed Nick's voice was high-pitched and he was scratching his arm a lot. Nick's defense is his heat allergy.

Aaron talks about how Nick slept face first in his goo. Which brings us to the "Cum Eating" story. Aaron touches briefly on Hackamania. Nick copes about singing karaoke alone.

This clip is about the false allegations Nick claimed about his previous nanny. Nick doubles down and says "the former nanny gave my daughter alcohol and also some other crazy things."

STMS Chat asks Aaron if he know who Ron Toye is. Also, Aaron said Nick "talked a lot of shit about Vic." Nick emphatically denies that accusation. Then he proceeds to make fun of Vic's clothing and high-pitched voice.

Aaron says Nick gets triggered when Geno Bisconte and Keanu Thompson will assert April was never abused. And then Nick proceeds to get triggered. Aaron says, "Sue me if this is not true. Nick was tweeting from April;s twitter account.

Nick won LOTY award for 2024. Nick say he's gonna win it for the rest of his life. He owns Kiwi Farms. Aaron observes the only friends Nick has is Patrick Melton and the Dabbleverse. Nick's death threat is mentioned in this segment.

Nick says "This person is asking the court to intervene again because he is allegedly terrified of me." Aaron claims Nick "isn't doing so well with the sobriety thing."

This clip is when Nick showed his pictures of the police raid of his home. Nick says no one will see the bodycam footage.

Aaron and Nick "are two sides of a narcissistic coin" according to Pretty Anti-Social podcast. Aaron say they support a man who abused his kids. Nick has wished death upon multiple women.

Aaron reenacts what he thinks is the chokeslam. Nick seethes and then accused Aaron of fantasizing about anally raping him. He goes on to say that it was Aaron who dosed his daughter with cocaine-laced Spaghetti-O's. For good measure, Nick calls Gabe Hoffman a pedo.

Pretty Anti-Social podcast hostesses send Nick the of the cabin where Mama K. is staying at. Aaron states they did that so Nick can harass her, which he does. Nick says it's the other way around. Mama K. badgers him. She did it on Father's day just for spite.

Nick brings up the former nanny again. This time it's allegedly when she paid his daughter and her friend to drink two Monster energy drinks in a row.

Aaron is the catalyst for Nick's breakdown. Nick claims Aaron reported Ethan Ralph for streaming his hearing to the police, resulting in a nationwide warrant for Ralph's arrest. That kept Ralph from seeing his son. Aaron reads aloud that Randazza was too busy partying at the Karen Read trial. As a result, he didn't show up to Nick's hearing for Montagraph. Nick says it's a complicated issue.

The video finishes and Nick abruptly ends the show saying he hopes it was fun.

Special thanks to @SparselyFarcical for the stream snipe.
Shout out to @Himedall All-seeing Waifu . They uploaded a 1080p archive of the 4 hour Aaron Cope-a-thon.

@Friend of Dorothy Parker summed this up really well:
They will do that to "win," whether a penny or "one million dollars." No victory is too small; no destructive consequence too great. And they will NEVER, EVER look back at the burning and ruined city they torched and think it wasn't worth it. In fact, they'll avoid the question altogether (or will make up some bullshit about it if they must); it does not compute and is not a question they care about.

Individuals can know about it all while the general community doesn't.

But I think what's more likely is that many people know about the situation, but they keep it quiet to protect the community.

Mama K, from what I recall, isn’t part of the immediate community herself and is also an “outsider” as far as small town Minnesota goes in general.
I think she said she had tried to engage locals in conversation about it once or twice, but I feel like you’d have to get lucky, the town is not *that* small that you’d expect every hairdresser and cafe waitress to have stories, or be willing to discuss it with a stranger.

This could also be explained by how often @RaptInPlastic and Mama K talk to each other.

Could be that Mama K is not as involved in this stuff as Rapt is.

My theory is the people in Nick's / the Rekieta's social circles know about them, but even in a town like Wilmar, they're just the stinky weirdos who drop in to Target way too often. Maybe in Spicer it's a bit more known / gossiped about. But like, the security guard at the metal detector in the court house, just knows the Rekietas as the weirdos bringing all the Internet attention into town.

So the Church group and home school co-op? 100%. Spicer locals? Maybe. Wilmar? Less likely.

Between Aaron's time on the radio and news coverage, he is not only more widely known, even in Wilmar and Spicer, than Nick, but he's also unironically getting way more ink than Nick. Another win for the Toe!

To the best of my knowledge the women are our glorious on the ground reporters and concerned citizens and not so much a "Rekieta family is a public problem" situation. Although there might be unspoken rumors of Nick and Kayla, I couldn't speak to them as I'm not a local

It really sucks that all the Frank Hassle type people that would be motivated to go around kandiyohi asking about the Rekietas are all firmly in Nicks corner. I very much doubt anyone on KF is that motivated, tactful or petty enough to do such an investigation - it would involve spending hours, maybe even days trawling around the place posing as a journalist writing a piece about influential people in the area.

There's also a far bigger stigma on cowtouching (as there should be) that makes talking to locals seem a little too close to direct involvement for a lot of Kiwis

Edit: typo

In the above clip, Meme is also agreeing that he doesn't think the RO prohibits Nick simple mentioning Aaron.

I understand some people here don't want to hear that, but he's most likely right.

I think most people would agree but Nick continuing to @ Aaron and making rant videos responding to things Aaron said going YOU YOU YOU are still likely violations.

But its only a matter of time until Nick gets high and just directly harasses Aaron or publically demands someone else do it.

If appearing at people trials or court on Nulls behalf doesn't count as tipping, then asking vague questions around town doesn't either, in fact it would be far less direct, since no-one would be going near Nick or his family. Besides, I'm not encouraging people to do it, just lamenting that the people that would usually do that kind of thing (whilst we watch) are all Nicks allies.

Reminder: This directly contradicts the story he braggadociously told the NLO weirdos about stashing a cocaine bullet in the car with his minor daughter in the backseat, so the
cop wouldn't find it in a pat down.

But the bigger issue, of course, is he seems to also leave drugs INSIDE his kids.

I disagree, going to the courthouse and taking notes on footage or a trial is a fairly passive interaction, you literally only have to engage with the single court clerk. Asking locals questions, prying into local gossip is very direct and in smallish towns will stir up trouble (I grew up in a 12k pop town, trust my power level here lol)
Besides, I'm not encouraging people to do it,
Oh I know, I don't think you are (nor was I trying to accuse you of it. My B if it came off that way) I was just explaining why there's far fewer kiwis onboard to do as such.

This is another thing that baffles me, why does Nick still hang with Melton? (Aside from the pedo shit)

When he isn’t with Melton, he mostly pretty guarded about everything that went on. But in Melton’s presence he starts blabbing and sharing way more than he would usually.

Surely he has the self-awareness to recognize that this is the absolute wrong person to hang around if you want to maintain your defenses, right?
