I was considering posting that too, but people are so determined to suck each other's dicks right now I knew it would be pointless. Seriously, that is the most "heard it from a friend who heard it from a friend" BS I've seen on a "serious" news outlet, but no matter how carefully they word things, it's purple-monkey-dishwashered into "Trump achieved world peace!" On Kiwi Farms of all places. 🙄

Watch Adam Curtis's documentary on the Iranian revolution. The people who led it were the uppity lunatic leftie elite of their time and they HATED the poor and got karma kicking them in the teeth when their revolution/taking Americans hostage backfired and got the fundies put in charge instead and the fundies started killing said elite liberals.
