I know it's not the same stranger but I just recently got reminded of the schizophrenic "NOT DOCTOR WHO" of a similar name when chatting with a friend about weird bootleg shit a few nights ago and the stranger being brought up in the soyjak thread just reminded me there was a kinda soyjak looking guy on the boxes of some of these and some of the others evoked the same schizophrenic energy as posts I've seen in this thread.
Literally all i remember about this thing is the fact they treat the guy like he's the same guy as doctor who kinda and he's naked at one point.
