There is a proposed order summoning Aaron to appear regarding the matter associated with the report (though it seems to have a typo on it - it lists the date of the violation report as 9/3/24, which is unlikely to be the date of the report since that appears also to be the day Aaron was released. I'll post the order if it eventually gets issued by the judge.

Update: Rekieta is already dunking on Aaron over this. The "Correspondence" dated 6/17 is Aaron's mother's letter and is not related to Aaron's alleged violation of his conditional release, though.

The date is correct. That document on (Order for release on 9/3/24) was incorporated by reference in Aaron's Order for Release in April 2025. The 9/3/24 document has the conditions for a zero bond release which included not mentioning Kayla and other things. They are referencing the document that created the conditions.

I don't know what he did but he can't have copies of the picture.

It would appear Peterson got what he wanted. Judge just set the date to handle this matter as the already established sentencing date of June 25th.



They are not gonna ask him to come in any sooner, or issue an arrest warrant.

Now as to how bad this is for Aaron, I dunno. I would imagine it's not ultra mega serious given the court isn't showing urgency or having the cops go kick down his door. I guess we'll see.

The most obvious example was after he pleaded guilty to sending the photo to Geno and he described in detail the circumstances of when he took that picture of Kayla in sufficient detail that clippers were immediately able to find the exact moment it happened on his show.
