Plenty of people who are highly-skilled in one area (law, construction, medicine, etc.) are shockingly durrr when it comes to anything tech-related. I've done a fair amount of simple, tier-one tech support for normies in my own life, there's a reason why stories of computer stupidities continue to persist in the 21st century despite how ubiquitous the tech is.

Or he takes his debit card to the local post office and has them do a Money Order. Which will work for this sanction but hopefully the following ones will exceed the $1000 limit.

The magistrate (not sure about the district ciurt judge) graduated college in 1998 and law school in 2001, which likely puts him in his late 40s. People in their late 40s have had computers/ been online for 25 years +/-. And while he may have grandchildren, he'd be awfully young for it. Sure, it's possible to be ignorant, but I don't get the sense this Magistrate is hopelessly boomeresque.

I know this necro'd, baseless case has been allowed to drag on for far too long already, but we were beginning to feel some of the Magistrate's exasperation upon issuance of the 1st sanctions order and the dressing down Greee was given at the hearing.

If the existing laundry list of reasons to dismiss weren't already compelling enough, he continues to refuse to produce, to pay sanctions and to even stay discovery as instructed (it's ironic he's finally so excited about moving the case). Sending camwhore nudes to the clerk is just the garnish on the shit sandwich. Any opportunity he is given to defy and disrespect the court, he seizes upon it.

If he's lucky, the Magistrate will recommend to the District Judge that this whole thing gets tossed sooner rather than later before Shitlips' paralysed mouth somehow gets him into even more financial difficulty than it's already placed him in.
