Rekieta wishing death on someone. AGAIN. Strong "JOHN" energy.
And people wonder why I despise Wil Herren.

But she is a little over-dramatic. When I look at Nick I don't see evil, or at least not in any sense other than "banality of evil". I see a failed man, failed husband, failed father and failed lawyer. Little piece of shit that would've died long time ago if not for constant support from his rich parents. Pathetic worm who tries to intimidate those he believes to be weaker than him and grovels at the feet of those he deems useful or powerful. Little retarded man-child in perpetual state of temper tantrum.
Nah! He’s just your bog standard White Trash Junkie. If you spend any time working street level Law Enforcement, Emergency Services, Social Services, Animal Control etc you very quickly encounter tons of Nick’s. Yes they are complete failures at everything. They’re not even unique or special. They’re just another fucking meth head.

The only positive that can be said for Nick is at least he currently resides on a large enough piece of property where he doesn’t bother the neighbors and depress property values… yet. Now once the Montegraph lawsuit forces him into a double wide down by the rail road freight yard. That will surely change.

What else is evil then? Rekieta is evil. Like all real evil when it has no power over you it's pathetic and laughable. But to those over whom this faggot has power, Rekieta is a horrorcow too close for comfort.
This. Rekeita doesn't just neglect his family, he hates them. He hates god, he hates nature, the only reason he's not a bigger problem than he's turned out to be is because he is a pathetic and incompetent man-child worm-thing. Just because his capacity for evil is diminished by his pathetic nature doesn't mean he is not the literal definition of evil. I hope when he wrecks his car there are no kids riding along and the object he collides with isn't another vehicle.

Calm down.

Nick would be dunked on and then killed by every authoritarian government that has ever existed in history. His life literally has no value and his death would only improve humanity.

It'd be an honor to shoot this druggie cuck even if I end up shot myself.

Please Nick. Do it pussy. Attempt to make a stalking case against a woman who took a photo of you outside a courthouse during a public hearing, which was entirely contextual journalistic reporting, and left you alone for several months until your next public hearing.
God I love when he goes full Francis E. Dec.

Evil is emptiness, a hunger that can never be sated, and that defines Nick's entire life post-midlife crisis. Just chasing dragons while distancing himself from everything that added real value to his life, falling into a state that is beneath human dignity.

If you allow literary comparison, Rekieta is Gollum (jealous, broken, addicted, feeble, not in control of himself but still treacherous and able to do damage), not Sauron (planning, smart, cunning, powerful, a little over-confident).

She told her back story to everyone on a Will interview. Not that Nick got secret background on her
I don’t remember that. She did explain that she went through something similar as a kid, implying one or more of her parents were addicts.

I think Nick did get secret background on her. Prove me wrong!

Also the term for garbage law schools like Mitchell Hamine is "uber toilet". All schools do produce good grads but Mitchell, especially when Rackets went, was garbage.

Nick throws Kayla under the bus for hoarding whiskey bottles for an art project.

KaylaWhiskeyBottles.mp4
Kayla wanted to work things out &
So his attempted sweep is that he made his elderly parents move empty liquor bottles to a storage unit for a an art project he doesnt believe his wife will ever complete after the state took his children away when they found all the cocaine in his house. Genius stuff.

"An art project that I doubt she'll ever do"

Things are pretty icy at the rekeitas.

Remember in the Cooking with King David in the "clean" kitchen video when Kayla enters & when he says, "I love you!" (almost sarcastically she doesn't return it?

It's even more poignant now, cuz it was Nov 11, last year - so right about when Kayla was going to have them work it out, April had to leave, and Nick lost his dream of having a harem.

And just a reminder of how good & clean it is. (Also, might help figure out what part of the house it is - ceiling lights..There was a nook right there, too, where he ate that had the pictures of his kids he doesn't want seen so won't release body cam ...)

@Captain Manning How can you defend a test in the bar exam which the people who wrote the thing have never taken it? Again, Rackets was a first time passer although Minnesota is an easy bar.
I take absolutely no position on the Minnesota bar exam. I rated your post the way I did because I think you are crapping up the thread. That's just my opinion.

I interpreted what she said there as similar to if she had said "he's creepy."

Some people (i.e. Moody) are trying to spin her choice of words here as if she's some sort of new age hippy-dippy, and is crazy.

Yeah, "evil aura" might be a bit theatrical, but the thing is... he IS evil, and he's proven that time and again, so I can't really take issue with her choice of words here. Maybe she really did feel an "evil aura." I don't believe there's a scientific explanation for everything . God does things to protect people all the time.

Or maybe I can think systematically and see how dumb something is since my former home state doesn't do this stupidity. I also know how I would feel if I didn't eat breakfast. Do you?
But I didn't....oh, waaaaaiiit...you clever dog.

But yeah, that you didn't take it or your state doesn't require it you went either to UW or Marquette, which are the only two schools permitted diploma privilege, in or outside of Wisconsin, doesn't mean the bar exam is stupid. It just means, perhaps, that WI is protective or proud...but only for some. Those poor saps at lower-ranked or out-of-state law schools (even those ranked far higher than either of those two schools) still have to prove themselves to Wisconsin. And given that UW is ranked 28 (top 15%) and Marquette 59 (top 30%), seems either the state is concerned about losing talent, or doesn't want embarrassing results for its premier schools. ...or it's just an old custom, a recalcitrant leftover resistance to the movement toward disciplined study over merely "reading law" (apprenticeship).

...but in fact, UW's statement suggests the concern is, in fact, a long interest in retaining or retrieving, even down the road, lawyers in Wisconsin.

Using the Diploma Privilege

If you intend to practice in Wisconsin when you graduate, or think you may return to Wisconsin in the future, there is a clear benefit to satisfying the Wisconsin Diploma Privilege.

Even if you're not planning to practice in Wisconsin, there are still reasons you should consider satisfying the diploma privilege:

  • It allows you to practice in most federal agencies (such as the IRS, FTC, SEC, etc.) without taking a bar exam.
  • You would be a licensed attorney while you are studying for the bar in another state, meaning you may be able to handle legal matters for your employer that graduates from other states cannot.
  • You will be licensed in more than one state, which is appealing to many employers.
That's a sale!

I note that at least some states do not offer reciprocal admission for those who benefited from diploma privilege. Sconnies stand alone in their retention of the practice, though a handful of states permitted temporary diploma privilege during COVID.
