Female-aimed Trends That You Hate? - Sperg about recent trends you despise from media, make-up, social, etc
Agreed, and I’ll throw a lot of the blame from the downgrading of staff at department stores. Long gone are the days when a woman or teenage girl could easily go the intimate department at Macy’s, Marshall Fields, Bloomingdales, etc, and find a kindly staff member trained to properly measure you for the correct bra size. I was super lucky that my great aunt was one of those ladies, and yes, while I thought it was awkward at the time, she got me sorted into the correct size as a teen and young adult.
Now, you have to seek out a specialty store, which isn’t an option or convenient for most women.
Being an active parent is a big job and I think that both careermaxxers who only care about their job and larpers who treat household labor as a cute social media aesthetic are more similar than they think in that they both contribute to the problem of kids being parented by the iPad because their parents are too absorbed in something else to be present in the children's lives.
Agreed. Thankfully my mom was present (physically and mentally) when I was a kid which I am forever grateful for, but not everyone got that growing up. The thing is that back then, kids had to figure out how to entertain themselves, but now you can just give kids an iPad or a smartphone to satiate them. I know not all parents do that, but it's gotten easier to do so as technology has improved and smartphones have gotten cheaper.
Something I've noticed is that any objection to polygamy, polyamory, swinging, etc., is handwaved away and the objector is told to "grow up". As if using multiple people's bodies merely to get off is a "mature" way to have a relationship and not just a narcissist emotionally abusing their lover(s).
I feel they tend to act like they are so enlightened and above being jealous as a means of gaslighting themselves. "I'm secure in my relationship and I know that no matter what my partner does they will come home to me at the end of the day." They're only coming back to you because rent is too expensive. Kick them out and get a roommate before you they give you AIDS.
I'd like to ask you ladies about breast reduction/lifting surgeries given that we're on the topic and it's something I have a passing interest in.
I am currently a 34J cup (UK size). My size can be largely attributed to some significant Covid-era weight gain; I'm not sure what my old size was as I just used to wear sports bras, but I was probably around a D/DD, possibly an E. My breasts are not just large but also projected, wide-set and I have tall and wide breast roots so my chest is pretty much entirely comprised of boob. While my breasts are still self-supporting (I'm 23) they're not immune to gravity and do sag and point downwards in a way I'm not entirely happy with, and being wide-set when I lay down my breasts flop to either side of me like they had an argument. I've been working on my diet and exercise and have lost 25lbs over six months, and I have approximately 45lbs pounds to lose to go back to my original weight. While I have lost two inches off my back/ribcage I haven't lost any breast volume, which I really want. I'm not sure if my breasts will return to their original size and shape, and in that case I'd like to go back to my more manageable original size with a perkier shape. While I don't plan to have any surgery now, I have considered in case I lose all the weight but am unhappy with my breasts that I would consider surgery. To give you guys an idea, my breasts look similar to these women's out of a bra:
In that light what would you guys recommend? Is it likely my breasts will hold onto the weight or will I go back to my original shape? I have a body type where I gain weight uniformly (face, breasts, stomach, thighs), and while I've steadily lost weight in all those areas my breasts seem more stubborn. What should I know about breast reduction/breast lifting in case I decide to go under the knife?

I've never done it or considered it myself, but I know someone who did. It's possible you will lose some sensitivity in your nipples and the procedure does cause some scarring, it will fade but it's permanent. What changes have you made to lose weight? Maybe add strength training if you haven't already, breasts are mostly fat and gaining some muscle might help.

To lose weight I've cleaned up my eating habits and swtiched to a low-carb diet. I haven't weighed myself in a while since the 25lb loss but my clothes are fitting differently. For exercise I can't afford a gym membership but I do walk for at least an hour several times a week to work on my cardio as that was always the area of fitness I was weakest at. Strength training seems like a good idea!

Seconding @rosecig's strength training recommendation 100%. Strength training before surgery every time.
Also, whenever possible, go braless. I know it sounds counterintuitive ("But they'll sag!") but it's worth it because it builds up your pectoral and back muscles. It will also work on your shoulders. The larger your breasts the more likely you are to have problems of your shoulders rolling forward. This can cause hunching.
If you strengthen both your back and chest, it will also make recovery go faster if you do choose to go under the knife.
Agreed. Anything that opens with "Hey girlies/GUURRRLL" is instantly swiped away, same with nigger and faggot slang "PERIOT" "OOKKAAAY" "IT'S GIVING CUNT"
Filming their kids for any reason. Especially if the video is over 2-3 minutes long, cuz a funny stunt can be okay I guess. But other things, such as them playing or doing regular kid crap is a big 'no'. Most videos involving kids contribute nothing but delayed psychological consequences when they get older and realize that their parents posted them on public platforms for thousands to see.
You are also going from the frying pan into the fire because you can end up with way scarier issues like intestinal organs spilling out from the vagina (forgot the name of this but saw a terrifying photo of it). I don't know how bad your periods are but there is zero way it gets worse than that. This is a surgery that you should only be getting if you have a severe health issue and simply not wanting children is not a good enough reason.
And here I thought part of the point of not having bio kids was to avoid issues like urinary incontinence and prolapse that are way more likely when you've given birth. Having a hysterectomy as birth control is basically undoing half of the benefits of not having children, by basically ensuring that you'll have serious urological and gynecological issues later in life. Barely anyone ever thinks about what will happen down there when they get old, and doctors won't (or can't) tell you, because that might dissuade someone from carving themselves up and "iT's THeiR cHOIcE"
I just heard that Cannes banned nudity on the red carpet this year. This new rule has pissed off some of the usual suspects, i.e. coomers, libfems and "feminist" men because "people should be allowed to wear naked dressing if they want to".
The fact is, even if, in theory, both men and women are allowed to wear see-through outfits, it's only female celebrities who feel the need to wear absurd sexualized outfits at red carpet events in the name of empowerment and confidence. Scrote celebrities aren't wearing Borat mankinis or see-through suits next to female celebrities with naked dresses that cover nothing except their nipples and crotch area. A lot of men even feel comfortable just wearing pants and a t-shirt (how often do female celebrities do that?). The skin gap is real, and it is reinforced times ten in Pedowood. Case in point:
Nobody except delusional libfems actually thinks that the movie actress who's wearing a naked dress is doing so because she's empowered and powerful (as opposed to being sexy for the male Pedowood gaze). If Pedowood men actually thought being naked on the red carpet was empowering, they would be trying to outcompete women and each other when it comes to who can wear the most outrageous see-through outfit.
Imagine for a second that Timothée Chalamet had been wearing the male version of Zendaya's outfit or that Kanye had been wearing a naked t-shirt and speedos similar to Bianca Censori's "dress". It wouldn't have been called a bold, empowering and confident move. They would've been clowned on and probably called faggots. Scrotes know that being a sex object doesn't bring you power.

Defintely try some bodyweight strength exercises! Maybe buy some light weights as well. The reddit sub bodyweightfitness has some basic routines listed.

Currently debating this myself. I am in the process of losing weight and have a similar chest…I’m leaning towards a lift/augmentation myself since I’m developing sad windsocks.
Yeah, I agree with the other Kiwis in this thread about how the rise in celebrity plastic surgery is bad for women, but I also think plastic surgery can occasionally be a good thing for people. Sometimes the body goes "wrong" in the sense that the dissatisfaction and discomfort makes surgery a reasonable option. I'm not on social media and am not dating a pornsick moid who's pressuring me about my breast size (lol), so I don't think my interest in a reduction can be attributed to outside forces. I've always had very positive body-image and am still happy with my current figure (while recognising I need to be healthier and fitter), with the exception of my chest. It's hard for small to medium chested women to understand, but there's something viscerally horrifying to sit down braless and have your breasts touch your knees. Let me know if you decide anything!
A ever-increasing proportion of clothes are being made of low quality polyester. They’ve always existed but now they seem to be absolutely everywhere, and even being willing to pay more or buy from higher-end brands can’t save you from this anymore. I’ve seen €300+ dresses that are polyester blends, have polyester lining, or are just 100% polyester. Brands that are considered luxury have been overtaken by the polyester menace.
I do not want to wear fucking plastic unless it’s a rain coat.
Posting shit for """awareness""". I know, broken record but I'm so fucking tired of bitches I follow who posted interesting/autistic niches and then they think they're fucking Wonder Woman. No Shelly, posting about international conflicts and what side you choose dosen't affect your numbers. It annoys them if anything. You post sewing tutorials and your plush collection ffs

I wouldn't call it bold or empowering, but it'd look kind of cool if it kept within the theme. His outfit looks downright sloppy - especially next to hers, to be honest.
"Dur hur let me slap on some plastic silver-rainbow trousers!"
There's likely ways to do a similar idea without the skin, though. Maybe wear a black leotard underneath? Definitely could do without the heels - those things hurt and aren't practical.
