...I apologise if this seems late, but can I just clarify something, because the whole bodycam discussion is too much to catch up on -

What is the goal of obtaining the bodycam footage that everything else, from Nick himself, to his plea deal, to the police testimony, the forensic results, to these transcripts, don't otherwise provide? Is it to achieve some legal objective, or are we looking for something specific that Nick is being manipulative about or that the police didn't note? Is it just the final confirmation? Is it just on principle?

Because while Nick was entitled to think he was shielded from criticism, his bitterness on our 'standards' is at least explicable, because Hardin is intervening on our behalf in his case, a guy we used to consider a friend of the forum, and make a case to change the applicability of private and public footage for something he does not want shown - which yes, may include further embarrassing his children, as he so often says - but is also against the site's usual ethos. Whether he deserves it or not, I can't blame him for thinking it's personal.

Sargon may be a midwit and the UKIP thing and gamergate 2 were absolutely fucking retarded but at least you can say that he survived his own foolishness and continues to work within his niche to support his family. Any comparison between Sargon and Rackets is decisively in favor of the smug chuckler.

@WelperHelper99 I'm not crazy and Nitrous Oxide would make a terrible gas to use in welding right? I think where nick would get tanks of nitrous would be a party supply store.

I am laughing at the mental image of Nick trying to fit a full size pressurized gas canister into the back of the rustang, though.
Off the top of my head, nitrous oxide is not used in any welding applications. Nitrogen, CO2, Helium, and rarely Oxygen are used. Nitrous Oxide has medical applications, but nothing industrial as far as im aware. Edit: forgot racing
Nitrous Oxide is not a gas used in welding. For resistance welding (a.k.a. inert gas welding, or arc welding), Nitrogen, CO2, Helium, and Argon can be used depending on the kind of weld needed. The point of the gas is to replace the atmosphere around the weld which is done using an electrical arc, because the atmosphere causes adverse reactions to the metal when it settles, largely due to the Oxygen in it. Oxyfuel welding uses a combination of pure Oxygen and Acetylene to produce a flame to melt the metal without electricity, but that's largely been replaced with other processes.

There isn't any welding supply store that should be carrying Nitrous Oxide, and even if they do, the canisters would be for an industrial supply measuring around 2 - 3k PSI. Nick and his brainholes would probably not have any of the knowledge required to transfer it to a medium he can huff it safely without launching the entire canister like a missile through the neighborhood (this would need quite a few extra parts and some elbow grease to get it assembled, which is not happening), or blowing his bony head off trying to huff from the canister directly. That being said, I think either of those things would be really FUNNY and WEIRD and he should try to prove me wrong and make it work.

I'm with @not william stenchever on the party store theory. It's one of the only places he could get one, assuming he didn't pay off a dentist or something.

hes doing this to get a pat on the back from this small army of middle aged hills have eyes inbred creatures he has amassed but i dont get why. they would pat him on the back with their disfigured pock riddled mutant limbs regardless. nobody with all their teeth is believing any of this shit
Its entirely to placate the remaining audience who teeter on the fence.

He needs the Dabbleverse rejects to maintain the illusion that Aaron is worse than he is, else they won't donate.
He needs the ignorant sycophants to stay ignorant, so he's feeding them the most curated images to satiate their moment of doubt.
He needs the dumb and blind MAGA audience to believe he's still a based republican.
And lastly, he needs to give the hate watchers a morsel to feed on.

There's also this hallway off of the walk-in closet that seems to attach to the laundry room as well. So multiple hallways, he's going to deboooooonk the writeups by leaving out that one of them exists.
Remember, these pictures are of the home when it was actually presentable. Imagine it buried under hoarder garbage from floor to ceiling with the only passable parts of it being like one foot wide barely navigable pathways through absolute garbage.

Nick Rekieta continues to misrepresent widespread public interest in the bodycam footage related to a high-profile felony conviction.

By Minnesota law, the Sheriff's Office must censor any minors appearing in publicly released footage. Universally, the public’s interest lies not with the children themselves, but with the conditions and environment that allowed the abuse to occur. Even without these legal requirements, Null and the vast majority of contributors to this thread have consistently supported the decision to censor, or entirely remove, footage involving children, considering it both appropriate and merciful.

As usual, Nick constructs a ridiculous strawman, an imaginary, hyper-depraved ultra-pedophile, without offering a single concrete example to support his claims.

mundane matt's flagging and tonka and warski's beef leading up to Knoxville are comparably so minor of transgressions now that it almost seems laughable anyone cared in the first place.

One of the goals is to catch Nicholas out in his ever-growing web of lies that he has spun to protect himself from the consequences of abusing his children, pets, and ''wife''. There is also the issue where he has subverted the legal process in an attempt to hide what by any and all considerations was and should continue to be publicly available court records in a court case with a massive public interest that deserves the opportunity to receive the same kind of coverage and scrutiny he applied to the court records and legal battles of other people.

Nicholas is not a special little boy who did nothing wrong with the exclusive right to bend courts and laws to his favor, he is just a jumped up druggie who should start piecing his life together.

Nick lied to us all about who he was. We were his adoring fans. We looked up to him. He betrayed us.

If the truth will destroy him, then he deserves it. And he's fighting the footage being released because it provides an unbiased narrative he can't control. Few things make a narcissist shriek bloody murder more reliably than that.

So yes, Nick: this IS about personal animosity. I DO want bad things to happen to you, because you are a selfish, treacherous, vindictive, evil little chicken-necked bastard.

I'm looking forward to Nick's views/tips being way higher than normal, much like any DSP Emergency stream.

In similar fashion, he'll immediately assume this means he's Corrected the Record and Owned the Trolls and that everyone loves him again now (no matter how many hate tips he gets).

Smug and secure in his success, he will become more baffled and hostile as each 'normal' stream after gets even lower engagement, unable to understand that his drama chasing only alienated further people.

I do agree with others its going to be a hyper specific showcase of his ability to zero in on minutia nobody cares about to try and prove the notes wrong without actually disagreeing with any of the parts people care about (ie: you cant see the night stand from some angles while ignoring things like 'the kitchen was all fucked up with empty bottles everywhere).

Nick has made multiple statements that the body worn camera footage can clear up. He has stated:

- Drugs were never in the presence of children

- Evidence (2 oz. [sic] of drugs, namely) disappeared from his house after the search by police.

- Stated that 'you never know what police bring into your house', insinuating malfeasance

- Stated the lead detective, Pomplum, had a personal vendetta against him

- April's rights were violated in her interview

- Kayla and April were both denied access to their lawyer (Nick)

- Said he has footage to PROVE that a police officer touched his child's hair with a Cobain listed glove

- Said that the police expressed envy at his house

- Implied wrong doing and conspiracy by the local law enforcement

- Assured that the house was not a total wreck.

Among many other statements that can be easily proven or not by the body camera footage.

Because while Nick was entitled to think he was shielded from criticism, his bitterness on our 'standards' is at least explicable, because Hardin is intervening on our behalf in his case, a guy we used to consider a friend of the forum, and make a case to change the applicability of private and public footage for something he does not want shown

No one gains immunity by curating favour with the Farms. Indeed, if anything, many here were OVERLY deferential to Nick over time and only relatively recently did opinion shift. Null himself was hesitant to cover Nick until he actively became antagonistic.

Fairness for all, and Nick got more benefit of thr doubt than most.

- which yes, may include further embarrassing his children, as he so often says - but is also against the site's usual ethos. Whether he deserves it or not, I can't blame him for thinking it's personal.

We have explicitly requested his children be censored from exposure to a more widespread audience.

Any damage in their lives is ultimately larger in their local community and id a direct result of local gossip.
