I made it about half way through until I couldn't take her regurgitating Fatso's talking points. It's really not that hard to figure out. They're careful with wording on the website. They admit to being funded by donations but nowhere is a "click to donate" button nor do they say "please consider donating" in any of the blurbs. They just list possible adoptable animals and the process, along with a contact option.

No shit, but what I'm not understanding is their claim, as a donation-run cat organization, that asking for donations for stray cats in Kuwait is illegal.

I'm not certain, but I think an organization with a purpose of helping animals can collect donations. A foreigner on a tourist visa picking up strays with no accountability probably cannot.
