There is no way in hell April sent Nick some of these ludicrous texts!
You can just tell by many of the big brain Nick "lawyerspeak" words alone i.e. "splayed" Also the common theme of adoration of Nick's dick points right back to himself. So there's really only a few possibilities in my mind.

1. Nick used April's phone, and she just played along in his narcissistic game for the coke rewards and a place to live.
2. BPD smear campaign by April after she left Aaron and split him to black. So in this case she would be culpable in any scenario just to try to hurt Aaron.
3. Nick spoofed her phone with some kind of spy software he bought. I've witnessed this firsthand so yes it can be done quite easily. The various apps allow you to have text conversations with yourself basically, but it will show the target's phone ID in the thread. I wouldn't put it past Nick to do this as part of his obsessive need to control the narrative that April couldn't live without him to humiliate Aaron.

Pretty sure something might have happened at the start of the Toe/Zumock feud. I don't think Chad flat out said he'd rape April (he did sperg out a few times at the start of his whole "I'm the Mud Shark, I get in the mud!" deal so maybe he did), but it was something along the lines of saying one day April will leave Aaron and he'll end up fucking her and then Aaron/April turned it into a rape threat.
