Jobst deserves everything he has coming to him. He was arrogant, stupid, and wrong. He failed to take any opportunity to meaningfully mtigate his damages. Had he just done a retraction video (an honest one, not one shoved at the end of a half hour video about something else entirely) and apologized to Billy, Billy would have probably dropped the lawsuit. But Jobst chose to fuck around and find out, and he is reaping what he sowed.

As I stated previously, Jobst being a retarded asshole does not make Billy a saint. If you want to engage in conversation about that, fine.
