I'm sure he got 300mg a month initially. I'd be interested to know what it's at now and where it is in a year. It's just a matter of time until he pisses hot for it. I'm not well versed in piss tests despite having taken many of them for work, but I do know they can measure use to a degree.

How granular can they get? If he's got a 300mg prescription, can they tell if he's taking 400, 500, 600? Is there a reliable threshold that they wait for so it's harder to dispute? Would they wait for him to test at a 1,000mg a month level so he can't claim testing precision error, minor lab mistake, even try to lie his way out by saying he had a couple extra pills from last month? Sure the last one would be a violation, but taking 3 extra pills is better than his PO finding out he's downing all of April's script.

Generally, PO officers must be notified of any current prescriptions (even things like 800mg ibuprofen). That includes dosage and refill times. Its pretty easy for a PO to look at a bottle, see its half empty a day after it was refilled, and then bust him for drug abuse. MN is a failed somali retard state, so I say that in a general sense of "this is how probation should work."

The real kicker comes in when Nick gets caught trying to score illegal adderall to get around the fact that hes abusing it without tipping off his PO. When he inevitably shows up on live completely fucked up the PO might see it and bust his ass anyway.
