He's ''skinny fat'' as others have mentioned. He's got a slight belly only on the bottom of his abdomen, which covers his lowest ab muscles while allowing his upper abs to be visible. The strangest, saddest thing about his physique is that he has so little overall muscle left anywhere else on his body, that those lonely upper ab muscles are noticeably larger than his pectorals, which is kind of a difficult feat to achieve. Yeah even if the dislikes are heavily skewed by people having the extension, the fact that so many people are even using the extension to dislike the video, in itself shows that the dislikes are truly high, even if the ratio is technically inaccurate. Also, most people who don't have the extension will not hit dislike because they don't even know it works...so for every extension or bot counted dislike, you've got figure that there's at least one user out there without the extension that would have hit dislike if they still showed up.

And the like/dislike ratio was as truly good as Ian claims, then the comments would reflect that and should be overwhelmingly positive. So at the end of the day, you can completely discount the whole dislikes argument on whether or not the dislike votes mean anything or not, and just see that the fact that the comments on both content cops are overwhelmingly negative means most folks think the videos were garbage

Liver metabolizes those things by turning them into fat and because the fat starts out in your livers blood supply and your metabolism is usually in fat storing mode when you're eating carbs the fat ends up being stored around your internal organs as visceral fat.
If he went zero carbs for a week or 2 it would disappear because when your metabolism is in fat burning mode it prefers to use your visceral fat first.
